Love this place. The coffee, bagels, and donuts are all good and for a low price. Much lower than the other bagel spots in town.

BEST DONUTS IVE EVER HAD!! Not exaggerating! I was so caught off guard by their quality and taste - please go try some. The taste of their coffee is amazing as well, and pairs perfectly taken black alongside a delicious donut.

Best donut place in Gainesville. We’ve tried the other popular donut places but this one is by far my favorite. We got half a dozen donuts and two iced coffees for $10. Can’t beat that.

Website said they had gluten free donuts but the cashier was pretty snotty when she told me they didnt have any. My family enjoyed their donuts. The coffee was ok, nothing to write home about.

Really good donuts - probably the best Apple Fritter Ive had in a long time! I like the set up of the coffee and iced coffee, where you mix your own with flavor, sugar, and cream, but they couldve made the atmosphere look nicer. Maybe even have it smell nicer when you walk in.Despite that, Ill still be coming back here

I love this place! Friendly staff, excellent service, and a drive through option that we regularly use. The donuts are always delicious (my favorite is the vanilla angel donut), and their breakfast sandwiches are also excellent. Highly recommend!

The one star is for how they run their business. Why stay open until the early evening if most of their donuts run out by the afternoon? This has happened to me twice. Its a shame because their donuts are delicious, but I hate how they run their business. If they are going to stay open until the early evening, they should at least have a variety of good donuts to choose from throughout that time, instead of running out of all the good stuff by 12 PM. If thats the case, they should just close by 12 PM.

Local establishment with high quality offerings.Much better than food from the national chains.Prices are roughly the same as Duncan but everything is so much better.Just dont be surprised if you get powder on your clothes from the lemon filled donuts!!

Great spot for amazing donuts! Coffee is your standard drip coffee, but its the donuts that set this place apart. They always have a great selection and they are absolutely delicious! Staff is great and very helpful, and the prices are way less than the competitors - so be careful, you can really fill yourself up here for cheap! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious, fresh, quality donuts. Just dont expect to walk into a Starbucks clone. This is a proper local gem!

This place may look old and dingy, but the donuts are just awesome. Its so light and fluffy, but has great texture all at the same time!! I love it!! Its better than most donuts Ive had, even compared to a few so called gourmet name brands.

Has a drive through and inside area where you can eat. If you take a kid there they are allowed to pick out a free doughnut ball. The service is nice like a family ran restaurant. They are always friendly and nice!

They make breakfast sandwiches in a microwave! What kind of resturant makes eggs in the microwave in full view of all the customers. It takes forever if you order more than one because they only have one microwave and a single 4 slot toaster.

Great local donuts. My daughter loves this place. When I worked in the area and was in a pinch for breakfast, I would hit the drive thru early for a breakfast sandwich, a Boston creme, and a hot coffee.

Donut Connection appears to be the only non-chain donut shop in town. This made me sad. And then I tried their donuts and I wasnt sad anymore. Because I had just eaten a yummy donut.It is kinda hidden in the back and there are lots of trees, but they put out little signs to help you find your way, which is helpful. And Google maps will lead you right there.They have a drive thru and thats nice. I always get out and go in, but its still nice because then there are less people in the store with me.And the donuts are quite tasty. Not perfect, but pretty close. I usually get a red velvet and a strawberry jelly filled. I highly recommend both.The service is friendly. Everyone there is all upbeat and smiley. Its a great way to start your day.

I love this local business! The donuts are fantastic and I love the variety! I picked up 2 dozen donuts on a Monday morning and everyone is the office loved them! Coffee is just okay hence the 4 stars. The service was super friendly and fast. Will be back!

I visited Donut Connection for the first time this morning, and am pleased with my purchase. The girl at the drive-thru window was friendly enough and was prepared to take my order as soon as I pulled up to look at the menu board. I dont understand why they dont have a large (~20 oz.) option for coffee size, but I did not want the extra large (24 oz.) size, so opted for a medium coffee instead.For $2.50, I received a decent-tasting cup of black coffee in a styrofoam cup that has a very old look and feel on it; I think this might be part of Donut Connections gimmick, as the (C) copyright date is 1995 and the essence is retro and old-school. It wasnt spectacular, but it was pretty good and the price was on par with chains like Dunkin and Wendys.Alongside Coffee Culture and Bagel Bakery, Donut Connection is an option for those seeking a decent-tasting, fairly-priced coffee.I have since visited Donut Connection in the early morning to get a coffee before heading into work, and I am always pleased with the good customer service provided by Leslie and the younger female cashier (whose name I did not catch), at the drive-thru window. The quality of the extra Large, black, iced coffee I get in the morning is excellent and tastes great. I still dont understand why I cant simply get a large-sized coffee, but the 24-oz. extra large works out.UPDATE, October 2020: Service remains great whenever I visit, whether in the early morning or on a weekend afternoon. There are some new faces, but Collin and the array of young female cashiers are all very courteous and efficient. The coffee here is so much better than Dunkin or Wendys.

Brought my husband some donuts last week (Boston cream) and he was thoroughly impressed (hes hard to impress with food ad he likes all food). Good customer service. Cheap prices. Quality food. Ive passed this place a lot of times and wondered, where the heck is it? Well I found it today and it was exceptionally good! Cake donuts are my favorite and Id definitely go back for these quicker than Id ever step foot in Dunkin.. just saying. Staff is friendly too 👍

Great flavor on the doughnuts. Decent selection of flavors and options available and the coffee is pretty dang good too. Cherry flavored doughnut was the standout for me both on its flavor and uniqueness.

I think these are great donuts that dont come from the typical spot. Their glazed donuts are perfection. There are many flavors to choose from.....peanut butter and jelly, apple pie, and more.

Stopped in for the apple fritters that they call uglies and man were they great. I came back later for coffee and its about the best coffee Ive ever had in a restaurant. Ill be coming back soon.

Was my favorite local place to stop at every morning, until the lady at the window was cutting my husbands bagel with bare hands and did not let him finish his order. She put him on hold then re-openes the window. By the way she did it to both our bagels. I guess there were just too many important people in the back counter to remember customer service and food service policy. You just lost my families business .

Best donuts in town! Dunkin Donuts cannot compare. These are made the old fashioned way and you can tell the difference. Its a quaint little shop with great service.Things can slow down a bit if someone in front of you places a breakfast sandwich order, since they dont have the best equipment and process to handle it, but that is a minor complaint overall.

I was at this location August 13th at 5:01 a.m. I asked the worker for a half dozen of donut holes when I received the donut holes they were cold and the icing felt slimy Im not sure if thats how these Donuts are made because this was my first visit but one thing for sure there will not be another visit. But I will suggest that Daylight Donuts is a way better option.

The quality of this place depends on the time of day you visit, early morning there is a variety of fresh, delicious donuts, and the staff is somewhat polite. In the afternoon, you will be faced with defecated leftover scraps of donuts and a rude as hell, aloof staff. Why do they bother staying open past 9 am if theyre going to operate their business in such a manner in the afternoon?
