Very unprofessional, lady with the blue shirt on the counter had a nasty attitude. I havent been here in a while, so I was a bit confused with the menu. Businesses shouldnt be run like this, you shouldnt give your customers a nasty attitude, if you dont enjoy your job than get another job. I feel horrible for the person she was training, he shouldnt have to deal with her ignorance.

I went there Saturday and Sophia was helping us. She was amazing and very helpful when I go there again we will definitely be asking for her to assist us she was very patient with us. Definitely she needs to be promoted and show others on how to assist customers! I love Sophia and I hope y’all definitely recognize her hard work she needs a raise on her check or a bonus atleast this was the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ! :)

This happens a lot and it’s in big white letters days and times it’s closes arrived at 8:40 and doors where already closed and locked both of them.... if you going to post a time of close be bout that time....

What can I say, the food is sensational. Any time Im in the mood for quality ice cream, the mexican taste of this place serves me well. Sometimes certain teenage girl workers have an attitude you can just feel but, with or without a global pandemic, I love going here. Recomiendo para todos.

I always get them with my weird orders but I am never disappointed.

The employees had a bad attitude and my dad buys a lot of popsicles here and they give us free popsicles for every ten dollars he spends he should have the right to choose those popsicles. The service was terrible and also the employees were giving himattitude. Not recommended.

I went this play today at 7.20, they have Some Special $1.50 for larga Aguas frescas only Thursday 7-8pm. I ask for 3 Aguas frescas and when Im ready to pay, she try to charge me $12.83(something like that) and I told her today its Thursday 7.20pm, that means today its the special. She was rude saying I cant Charge that because whe closing tight now, I know shes laying, because I continue see customer going inside the store. Basically The dont respect the Specials, the manager or Girl in charge, shes was rude, talking to the register girl for dont give the special when I close and she can talk to me but no, she prefer told the other girl dont charge me the special, and the register lie to me saying they are closing at 7.20pm?? Im not mad but I loyal costumer since 2009 and I prefer dont come back, because that is not profecional and rude.

We love all the goodies. But why put a certain closing time and we end up at the door at 8:57 and the door is locked. Employee comes out and tells us “we close at 9:00”, I reply “it’s not 9 yet, we just traveled 25 minutes from Flowery Branch to come here”. She says nothing and just walks in and closes the door behind her.

Ice cream, popsicles, and so on are delicious but some of the young people who work there dont serve customers very well. Its been several times that I go inside and immediately make a face of annoyance or turn your eyes very ugly. They also do not serve customers with a smile, moreover, they look angry and ill-faced. I know that maybe they are tired but in a business they never treat customers badly. A few years ago I remember how the workers there were very friendly but they were not young.
