Yogurt was fine, nothing to write home about. The more upsetting aspect was the toppings bar. Half of the items were out and the toppings that were available were stale. My husband had stale skittles (I didn’t even know skittles could GO stale) and my sprinkles were stale (another item I was unaware could go stale. Lastly, the staff was inattentive, we had to sit at the register, watching our yogurt melt while waiting for someone to come out from the back.

Went in, filled up 2 personal containers half way. When weighed the bill was just under EIGHTEEN DOLLARS! For yogurt you get yourself! Biggest ripoff lve ever experienced

Small selection of flavors with a good toppings bar. The flavors are okay, but not as good as other froyo locations. The staff was kind and helpful.

Went for first time tonight. Extremely clean, had a sanitization station, and the young man behind the counter who helped me was extremely friendly and helpful.

I use to love going to Yo3. But my past several experiences have turned me into not wanting to go anymore. The worker looks very bored and is either in the back or has his face stuck in his phone. Hes not friendly at all. My last visit, he was standing in the window, face in his phone, until he looked up and saw me pulling in. By the time I walked in, he had gone to the back, and didnt come out until I was ready to pay. None of the yogurt I wanted was ready. Its like he just sits there and does nothing. I tried to pay with a 20 dollar bill. His response was, do you have a card, I dont have any 1s to give you. Im beyond disappointed in how much this place has changed for the worst.

Great service and the store worker is very easy to talk to. Also pretty good frozen yogurt 👍.

A favorite for grandkids!

This place is a gem! Went in for my first time with my kids and they gad a ball. The manager Jason was very easy to talk to and made the kids laugh. The store is very clean and made us want to stay longer. We were very impressed with the way Jason wiped down everything to help stop the spread. He even wiped the door handles down. All businesses should be more like you guys!

I have to say this place used to be amazing under previous management. Unfortunately the new manager is not very friendly towards customers or children. He is usually in back and doesn’t come to the front until you bring your cup of frozen yogurt to pay. I hope he is able to turn it around.

Delicious ice cream. Everyone says that its expensive, but honestly its not at all. I filled the container up and it only cost $8. It was so delicious, great toppings, wonderful people. Cant wait to go back there

Came in for the first time today and I’m sad that it took this long. Friendly owners. The dairy free options are DELICIOUS 😋 Also, the cashier was very good about keeping things safe and sanitized. They have a sanitization station before you get your yogurt and the cashier wipes everything down I touched or needed to touch like the iPad for paying. Great experience and sad I’m moving soon.

Good variety, clean, free wifi, gf and low sugar and stevia. Birthday discounts. Been going few years and glad it outlasted Mochi Rip

I love frozen yogurt and theirs is delicious, especially the vanilla (my favorite). Try the taro flavor for something kind of tart and unique. Love that they have gluten free treats (the chocolate tart is amazing) and smoothies/coffee (havent tried yet). Make sure you get a punch card to earn a free bowl!

I stopped by for a late night sweet pick me up and was pleasantly surprised. The Irish Mint was spectacular. I also selected Mango Tropicale Sorbet from the freezer that ended up being grainy and lacked flavor. When I brought this to the attention of Ian, he took the initiative to give me another serving from another container. It was very flavorful. Ian is to be commended for his above and beyond customer service.

Very good! Great service. Always very clean. And, a nice tasty treat every once in a while. They also offer sugar free options for those that cant have or dont want to consume extra sugar. There are plenty of great items on their bar to dress up your treat any way you like as well.

Got some raspberry sorbet, it was very good. I also got taro, which was not so good. It just tasted like milk, which, as you just read, I do not much care for the taste.

Omg, my dream come true! I was just recently told that Im not allowed to eat dairy anymore 🤕 So accidentally finding this frozen yogurt shop was a major plus! They charge by the weight and it is self serve, so if youre not careful (so many toppings) you can end up with a $25 sundae. But it was sooooo tasty and not milk based! So a win/win in my book!

Their ice-cream place offers 6 kinds of flavors plus they always offer chocolate and vanilla. My teenager loves this place because of their flavors and so many variety of toppings.

We were very disappointed with the frozen yogurt! Not very tasty and the toppings were filled so high you couldnt help but make a mess. The man behind the counter looked very bored and not very personable. We will not go again.

Clean place with friendly staff. Just a little higher priced than some others. Four of us was $30. I used to go to another place for an average of $5 a bowl. I would recommend it though. We would go more often with a little lower per ounce price.

A good alternative to yoghurt. They did not encourage me to use sample cups, but they do have. Their signature flavour is probably Graham cracker. Taro and other ones taste pretty much similar to Taro. If you are sick of Butler Plaza, try this place.

Very good!! The owner is so kind too! My son dropped his bowl and it spilled everywhere. He didnt get the first bite in. The owner let him remake at no charge and wouldnt let me help clean the mess.

Honestly great flavors but my girlfriend found a bug/worm in her blackberry. They refunded immediately and apologized, saying the fruit is fresh picked and theyve never seen this happen. It was our first time here.

This is my favorite froyo spot. Its clean and they always have a good selection of yogurt flavors, and toppings. I like the location a lot too, is easy to park (unlike going to mochi). Ive come close to close and the staff is always nice, they never make us feel like we are inconveniencing then.
