Located in a shopping mall in Gainesville, this fedex office what we were looking for to send all my son things.He ask the guy all the questions he had and the guy working here answered and helped us professionally.My son end up sending a large box to DC and we left happy to have a productive time here.

Been in numerous times to print various projects and every time I leave without hassle. The process to print simple things is easy enough that I rarely have to bother the usually friendly, helpful staff. Only place in town I go to print.

Called regarding a package that was shipped by mistake to my address. While the gentleman who answered the phone couldnt help me directly (Im sorry I didnt get his name!), he transferred me to to EXACTLY the right person. Thank you kind stranger, wish every customer service experience went like that.

Needed a processor that is crucial to a project. FedEx claims they tried to deliver it 4 times and never bothered to notify me. Absolutely awful

Had a wonderful experience at this location two days in a row the week of Christmas. We didn’t have to wait either time. Both times we were helped by Jim. He was knowledgeable and quick with all of our shipping. He provided FedEx envelopes, and made the whole process easy! All CDC social distancing guidelines were followed and we had to touch almost nothing. I highly recommend this location!

I had to return equipment to AT&T, and this is the FedEx store to go to for that. the sales guy scanned my items, gave me a receipt...quick & easy. the store faces Newberry Rd, but theres plenty of pkng and a rear entrance in back.

The staff is fantastic. They are always pleasant, helpful and attentive.

Every time I go in they treat me so well and it’s always some thing that makes me feel welcome!

Jim was a huge help!! He was actively working on something else when I arrived to the store but stopped what he was doing to assist me right away. With this fast and friendly service as my first experience, I will definitely continue to use Fedex Office for my business printing needs. :)

Ive been twice and both times they tried to scam me.The first time was to send a small package to a friend a couple hours drive away. They quoted ~$20 as the cheapest price. Which seemed high, so I asked and made jokes until another employee said that it was too high and checked for themselves: $10. That sounds right.Yesterday I went in and had the same thing happen. A small box going 2 hours drive south, with no rush or signature required, etc.They said the best they could do was 6 days, and over $28...?! Thats the best you can do? Seriously?! Like, Im not getting Punkd at that price?I made jokes about how insane that was and how I would go with another provider when, whats that? Another employee? Well, they type it up and find an option for overnight for $11.That sounds right. So I paid. But I just have to imagine how many people they are ripping off every day, because people are afraid to make jokes and call them out like I did.Theyre saying that they cant do any better and choosing the most expensive and slowest option (Im assuming shes putting it in as freight or grossly exaggerating the size or weight.)Consumers be careful.

I just left there after dropping off a PlayStation 3. And I must say the manager was absolutely wonderful in dealing with. He took the PlayStation packed everything professionally. I could not be more happy with my experience. Thank you.

I just went in to ship an item I sold on EBay and Tim, the Assistant Manager, could not have been more helpful! He was friendly, smiley, energetic, and very willing to help. He provided me with different shipping options and priced them out for me to make sure I was making the best decision and be sure my item was protected by getting a signature on delivery. I am very happy with my experience and will be sure to return to this location for all of my FedEx needs! Thank you for a wonderful experience and providing such great customer service! Got a misplaced package, which had my address in the label, but had the name of someone else. I drove across town and went to the store, to ask them to send it back to sender, so that the correct person could eventually get the mail. The clerk told me that the store was just a retailer and could not accept it. I would have to call an specific number and ask them to get the package at another time. It wasn’t even mine! I already had the trouble of driving all the way there, and now I had to call them to ask to return something that didn’t belong to me?! I told the clerk to throw it away, since they were making it more difficult than it should be, and the guy told me that they would simply re-send it to my place. I left, astonished. “We can send your mail anywhere, except if it is misplaced mail!”

Went in to send online order back and was told that the package rattled too much and needed packing to fill the space to prevent damage. I could either purchase fill there or repackage and bring back. I explained that the item inside was well protected in a smaller box. He would not ship it. I feel they should ship if I’m willing to accept the minuscule (IMO) risk. Time waster. Will avoid using in future.

Called to inquire about a package and was cut off and hung up on.

Received a heavy package (guessing around 150 to 160 lbs.) delivered to my home by FedEx Ground which was unfortunately damaged upon delivery. Called this FedEx Office location to see if it was possible to drop off this package so it could go out with FedEx Ground for return. I was told by the woman who answered the phone that a drop-off was possible regardless of the weight because FedEx Ground had delivered the package.Unfortunately when I arrived the associate at the customer service counter seemed a little annoyed that I had carried this heavy package into his location for the FedEx Ground driver to pick-up. He told me that he could not take the package due to the heavy weight and that I had to call FedEx Ground directly to schedule a pick up from my home. When asked why Fed Ex Ground could not take my package from this location he stated that FedEx Ground uses a different size truck to pick up returns from neighborhoods than what they use to pick up returns from his store location. Because I know this not to be true (I know the FedEx Ground driver who picks up at this location and the size of truck that is used) he seemed to be even more annoyed with me when I asked him to clarify the different truck sizes and why the trucks used to pick up returns in neighborhoods were different than the trucks that are used to pick up at his store location.Myself being a business owner (my business location is only a few blocks from this FedEx Office location) I do understand there are certain parameters that one needs to follow but I also understand he just didnt want to be bothered with the heavy package.But to end it all, the real kicker showing the lack of good customer service by this associate was when I asked if I could use his dolly to take the package back out to my vehicle. He actually said I could not because the package weight was too much for their dolly and that their store policy prohibited the use of their dolly for heavy packages. So in the end this 58 year old man had to carry this 150 to 160 pound package back out to his vehicle, rather than being able to use their dolly which is rated for at least 300 pounds.I guess Ill just have to be inconvenienced and call to schedule FedEx Ground to pick up from my home. Based on my experience today I would not recommend this FedEx location and would rate it a zero if I could.

This place has the best Customer Service skills I have experienced by far :) Nice, Friendly and most important all staff is eager to help immediately when entering the business :) Heck, they even recognize me now and I have only visited a few times. Even if there is a line and have to wait, I am always greeted upon entering and let know they will be right with me :) Excellent Experience every time.

Logan is super knowledgeable, very polite, and considerate. He does his absolute best to make sure your needs are exceeded in a timely manner. He is my favorite associate to go to for help with services. Great guy!!!

I needed to find a place that would laminate my papers at a cheap price and decided to go here. When I first walked in,I was greeted and when I asked for help,I got my service done quickly and efficiently.

The nicest man helped me with my package today (I wish I got his name), but he helped me figure out everything I needed. Come to find out I was actually in the wrong place to send my package (oops) but that didn’t stop him, he kept helping til I was all set. So kind. Will only come to this location now on!

Very impressed with this Fedex location. Every step was extremely thorough and I did not feel like I was being rushed. It was very detail oriented and the whole entire process was enjoyable. Everyone was knowledgeable and courteous. This was also the cheapest way to mail a 12 pound box. Ill choose this over UPS any day, now.

This office is set up to be extremely easy and convenient to self-serve. There is also a super nice guy who works at the desk (Shane? Steve?). He was really helpful and personable, and just pleasant to be around.

This store came up in a Google search for printing. I needed a shipping label printed for an EBay package and unfortunately my printer is still packed in a box following my recent move. The young man printed my label (despite it was not a FedEx label) and did not even charge me. Thank you! You made my day better! I will be back for future purchases!

Friendly people, and spacious work areas. Everything you need to get the job done is right there. Unsure of how to use the equipment? The employees can give you a quick crash-course. This is a busy location and it pays to pick off time. Try to not plan your trip during Lunch hours or when UF students get out of class, and youll have a fantastic experience.This location is my personal choice for all my: printing; copying and shipping needs.

I only called to ask about the sizes of the large moving boxes they offered and was given attitude and the man on the phone refused to tell me for some reason all i wanted was some sizes...now Im waiting until tomorrow and bringing my business elsewhere

I waited in line for 25 minutes, with one guy pottering in the back ignoring the line. Two guys busy helping one customer (hunched over a computer together). When I asked one if I could be helped buying paper (quick transaction, the toddler I had in tow obviously getting restless) I was put down. I waited five more minutes and then left. I wont be back there again.

Customer service here was outstanding. Unforeseen cicumstances required that I have something printed here in a rush. The staff here were able to assist me in such a professional manner that I felt reassured my print job would be printed correctly and delivered despite the fact that I was out of town.

Easy to self serve for copies unless staff gets too busy to restock copier paper. Touch screen makes it simple to pay, choose options and print and/or email your receipt.

This place may have only two working the front desk but they will have you out in a jiffy. I have have been here multiple times of the day and they are always fast, efficient and know what they are doing. What I enjoy about this place is that the staff seems to actually enjoy their jobs and help you without the hipster attitude. Yeah I am speaking about that other copy place, thats my TARGET do you Copy >) lol. But yes, this Fed-ex is great.

Ive only ordered a handful of printing jobs from this FedEx Kinkos, but they have always delivered with quick turnaround and good pricing. They have by far the cheapest option for black and white large format printing (up to 36 wide). This place is reliable.

I just went here to get a print made, of a piece of art that Im selling. Right away Nigel reccomended that Shane helped me out with this. Shane was so helpful and kind. He had a great attitute and funny jokes. He also cleaned up the smudges and fingerprints around the image and centered it... without me even asking! It was literally the best print and shipping experience Ive ever had. He worked with me to get the best price available. Thank you Shane!

The staff are super friendly and helpful. Have been shopping small, medium and large packages, sometimes 1-2 and sometimes 20-30 out of here a day with no problems.

I was there for a pick up while they were serving extra attitude towards a senior costumer who was trying to send a a medical cooler package.As soon as the costumer left, the employees began making fun of the customer. This is just pathetic. Least, have the courage to tell them in their face or stay quiet in their absense.

I stood in this location today trying to use their print and go service and didn’t receive any help! I asked the lady for help she basically told me to read the directions! I stood there for an additional 10 mins after being told to read the directions with still no resolve. I left there not being able to accomplish my task. They weren’t busy and there was no excuse for the lack of customer service.
