I was referred to H&H by a national manufacturer of windows and doors when I needed a regional solution for residential door hardware. So far my experience here has been wonderful. Richard, with whom I spoke, really knows his product (Baldwin among others) and has been able to help me solve two problems with two different doors for customers (we install windows and doors for a living). Their responsiveness, product knowledge, and enthusiasm for their trade will have me referring H&Hs services to my customers in the DC metro area.

Let me start off by saying. Thank you Paul. He was very patient with me and truly helpful. I came in to this location by being referred by Lowes. As soon as I walked in, Paul greeted me with a smile and eagerness to serve. I needed a copy of a motorcycle key with no part number on it, just blank. He worked tirelessly to find a correct key. Customers were coming in and out and others helped them with their needs.. Paul continued to work to find a key and treated me as if I was the only customer in the store. after numerous attempts to find a key that would fit,, it still wouldnt work, but he was not gonna give up. He continued and continued working the problem until he got it to the correct specs. Thank you H&H. Well done!

H&H Lock and Security is my go to place for locks and keys. Ive been using them for years and have never had a complaint. Trust them to give you good advice on locks, keys and security.

Staff told me that Google had inaccurate information about business hours so I didnt get a service as I came after it was closed (I came there at 4-40pm and the door was closed in front of my eyes.HH staff told me that before coming anywhere, I should call businesses instead of using Google. I ended up going to nearby Homedepot instead to get stuff done and to my surprise it was all done in 5 minutes.

Terrible customer service! Locks broke after 5 years and they didnt even mention the lifetime warranty! Plus they want $175 just to come out! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Wasnt able to make a copy of our key, said he doesnt have anything that cheap (it honestly was a really cheap lock). Helped us pick something better.

This is the place to go if you need more locksmithing services than just a simple lock swap or key duplication or rekeying that you can accomplish at the box stores. They have a variety of higher security locks and door hardware.

These guys are great. The older gentlemen there spent a great amount of time giving me valuable information. I felt very guilty I couldnt buy anything. But, I will definitely return. And you should too! I rarely give 5. But, this business well deserve it.

Got a very good quality file cabinet on Facebook Marketplace, but it came with only one key. I had 2 keys made by HomeDepot but neither worked. Went back and was told I needed a locksmith. I googled locksmith and came across H&H. I went there and had 2 keys made. They did not work. I called H&H and was told to try WD40 first and to come back if it didn’t work. It didn’t work so I went back to H&H. The older gentleman said I’ll make an adjustment to the keys. We’ll keep trying until we get it. Well the adjustment worked. I highly recommend H&H. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Five stars from me.

Quick service, attentive and kind people.

We have used H&H Lock for all our home locks, they are prompt and provide quality installation. The company I work for used them to setup a master key system. we also purchased a few different safes for valuables. Their staff is always helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend H&H.

I had an important situation where I needed some house door locks re-keyed. I called on a Saturday and although he was in the office (3/4 mi. from the house), I was told he doesnt make house calls on Saturday but i could bring the locks to his office (5 doorknobs and locks and four deadbolts). I wasnt about to do that.)I called back on Monday and was told he was off because of religious holiday. I asked if we could just schedule an appointment for sometime during the week. He told me to call back tomorrow. I wont.Clearly he has more business than he can handle (or wants to ). 0 stars

I have used H and H many times and have always been happy with the service provided. Ive referred friends there as well and they have also been happy with their experience.

They charged me $20 to cut two blank keys. None of them worked OK. Here was their solution: I deal with it myself! They refused to even try to cut another blank key properly for me, not even to mention a refund! They insisted that their cut was perfect, even though they could not get the key work right in front of me. They blamed the blanks.Here is their slogan: they do not GUARANTEE the cut key will work!They seem to be nice enough people, but unfortunately, they do not stand behind their service! I am disappointed!

Bad service, especially owner is very rude. Over price! Open lock and new key charged me $86.
