The customer service was excellent and the prices were fair. They were really busy and there was a very long wait, but I guess thats expected for a Saturday. I will be back.

Great people who are there to help you in any way they can. Very reasonable prices, very professional and they make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase order. Also ALOT of locations and you can go to any one of them just not limited to where you got the work done. I will recommend to anyone who needs work done and at a great price and availability and dont have to wait all day to get the work done. They also pick up and drop off the vehicle at work or at home!

I came in this morning in dire need of tires. I spoke to Bryce who was patient with me while I applied for a line of credit to pay for my tires. I didnt feel rushed when reading the fine print and because I was only given a limited amount of money to buy tires, he suggested their house brand, Sentury. I was in and out in less than an hour, despite how many people they had waiting. Would recommend speaking to Bryce due to his calm and patient nature. Kindness still goes a long way and not feeling pressured to come out of pocked for better tires was appreciated, as times have been hard for me recently. Ill be back for my next set of tires for sure.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I am compelled to do it today. My experience with Discount Tires was exceptional. Tim was extremely helpful. I unfortunately didn’t get the name of the young man that I assume did the work on the tires but he was professional, explained when I should have the tires rotated again and held the door open for me when I left. It’s not often that you get such courteous service. While I was waiting I could here the other employees on the phone and with other customers. Always courteous and respectful. They seem to be a great team. Thank you!

They fixed my tire and rotated and balanced my tires within 15 minutes and I was out the door and even made it to work 30 minutes earlier than expected! Waiting time is 3 hrs plus for 2 new tires costing me $425 with taking my old tires home… Cost $50 more to have Roadside I was exhausted when finished & Kinda disappointing price is high…

They have an area to get your tires checked and aired up but its rare that anyone is there to do it. I waited there 15 minutes and not one employee came to check my tires or at least let me know theyre unable to at this time.

Im so happy with my experience at this store today!I called and they were able to fit me in for a same day appointment, James at the front desk was so kind and so knowledgeable, and the service its went so quickly! Set an appointment due to COVID and they had my car out in an our with tire replacement, rotate, and balance all done. They even replaced my swollen lug nuts i didnt have money to replace them. Didnt even have to wait inside either there was a nice park within walking distance I was able to enjoy.

Great tire and fair price with compatible tire dealers except Walmart prices are more reasonable. You would think with the stimulus checks they would had some sale but they sold a large amount of tires requardless. Tires cost to much today anyway

Ordered tires made an appointment when I arrived they said no appointment had been made. This is the 3rd time I’ve had issues with this location, I’m not sure why I keep giving second chances. The business model of free flat repair is great but I’m not sure why this location has so many great reviews.

Incredibly fast and great staff! Their knowledge of products is extensive and they are ready to assist in whatever service is needed. Would totally recommend over any Walmart or Firestone. Not to mention very good pricing.

I wish they would require masks in the middle of a pandemic, but in the United States people do not realize that person As Freedom ends where person Bs freedom of Health begins. The person who handed me my keys was not wearing a mask. I almost told him to leave the keys at the desk but he was already in my face. Believe it or not, I really do have the freedom to not have a damaging virus with long-term consequences. Really. Shocking.

The employees are always nice always thank you for stopping by and the time that they say your car will be ready it usually always is and they are knowledgeable about their tires and wheels or finds someone there that is more knowledgeable about what your looking for this is at the Gallatin location but Ive heard other of their locations are just as good also they fix flats for free depending on how bad the flat is

I got a low tire pressure alert (probably due to temperature change) this morning on my rental car. I took the car to Discount Tire to have the free pressure checks. The tech told me that my right rear tire had a screw in it. I went away and came back in an hour, per their request. It was late afternoon, and my request was very short-notice. They were very busy but all were patient and professional in managing the workload. Shortly after 6PM (closing time), one of the other techs brought me the car and said the tire was fixed, and there was no charge. Told me to come back if they could help again in the future. I have bought at least two sets of tires in the past from Discount Tire, and I will continue to do so. I was very happy with the service and I will return!

Good price on tires and they said free rotation every 6,000 miles so I bought them. Been trying to get them rotated for a month. They want to schedule a time to get them rotated but my work does not allow me to know where I will be tomorrow. The wait is 2 plus hours and there are only 3 or 4 people waiting. Free services sound great but its useless to me. I will buy them somewhere else next time.

Had a great experience getting new shoes on my car. Went in earlier in the week to make sure the tires were there or order them. Tires came in before the stated time. Arrived at my appointment time and has the new tires on in the stated 45 minutes. Sales room was clean and the sales people are knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Friendly people, had 4 new tires done in about 20 or so minutes from appointment time, tried to talk me into only getting 2 instead of 4 tires because I still had good tread on 2 of them and price was the same as what was discussed on the phone.

They are truly lifesavers. My tire blew out on the sidewall last night on I65. I ended up getting 4 new tires and a $70 rebate. Exceptional customer service and they truly care about their customers.

I like discount tire. I dont like the new way of doing business with the covid bs going on. I got there early and was 5th in line to get a rotation and balance. They wanted to make an appointment to do it. I got there early to get in and get out like I always do. Oh well, not Im off to pay someone else to do it before going out of town. They are still my favorite the place and I understand they are doing their best to deal with our changing world but covid isnt going away.

Customer service is great. They helped me find another rim and tire very quickly and had it ready on no time.

This is my first experience with discount tires and it has been a journey. First, I came to purchase 4 new tires at 8:00 am on a weekday and there was a line outside the door. All of the people waiting were former customers who spoke highly of their products and service. When the doors opened, we all were immediately helped. Due to my tire size they only had a 235 but it was within the specs of the vehicle. Within 45 minutes I was on the road. Unfortunately, I found the tire was rubbing on both front tires on sharp turns and backing out of tight parking spaces. I drove the vehicle to Discount tires within 5 days of purchase. I was greeted by the salesperson who sold me the original tires. He looked at the tire and said we will replace the tires, no problem. Because they did not have my tires in stock, he upgraded me to a better performance tire at no charge. I am very pleased with upfront customer service!

Actually I had an appointment and still got out in plenty of time. Some of the customer service guys are good and some are not.

I tried to give this place another chance but I waited 25-30 in line no customer in front of me and when they ask how can I help you they can’t get me in till the next dam he could told me before I waited that long. So I went to Hendersonville Discount tire mr. Kindle always take care of me everytime I needed and I alway spend money with this company never again at this location I would give a ZERO rate if I could.

Buying from discount tire was great, service afterwords is terrible. Call to make appointment does not help. Show up at 12:00 and told Ill be on the road at 3:30 is rediculus. I wont buy another set here in the future. It was the good price and Hussle that made me buy. I cant give up an afternoon waiting for there complimentary service anymore.

Id rate them a 0 but it wont let me! Great people until the get your money and then they could care less about You! It dont do any good to make an appointment to have your tires rotated because you will still have to wait in line while they screw over another customer and take their money.

He is always extremely professional and despite the numerous amount of people he sees on a daily basis he always remembers me. Ive been doing business with Discount Tire for about 10 years. The past few times Ive been to this one havent been pleasant. Prices are great, service is slow and the installation guys couldnt care less about your vehicle.
