This is literally one of the best hair supply stores Ive ever been in. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. I even get a small educator discount...who does that? They are so sweet and willing to help you find whatever you need.

This store isnt well managed. Theyre letting people try on wigs during a pandemic and they were very rude to me when I asked about certain products. They told me they had products I was asking for but when I arrived they gave beat around the Bush and it turns out they didnt have what I was looking for, what a waste of time! Very disappointed by this location.

Great selection of hair and products. Everyone is very knowledgeable about what they sell and very helpful. Mom and I have been faithful customers since day one and wont go anywhere else.

I shop here because the respect their black customers. Customer service goes a long way. There are plenty of stores designed for mostly ethnic beauty needs; but they only respect our money NOT the black consumers. This is not one of those establishments. They don’t follow you around the store and always are pleasant.

Hello my name is Queen and I always make sure when you walk in our store u are greeted with a smile how are u let me know if I can be any assistance. if I dont have what you need I try and make sure the next time you come its here or on the way. I wanna meet everyones need and in due time I will. I say that to say this a customer came in today off the top I knew they worked at another store like mine so all they were doing was looking at our prices and sales when asked would u like some help Naw so as they came to the front of store they ask for the price of some items and because it was known that they were not gonna buy anything and was there for with intentions we they were denied the price. Theres no way anyone get treated bad at my store. Never will we ever refuse to sell u our products but at the same time we not gonna give in to nobodys foolishness because a policy say customer is always right. I dont care who dont like this post. Im just keeping it real. The devil is a lie. God dont like ugly. I pray for all but Im really going to pray for all negative people that comes in dream hair beauty store. Have a good day and night
