Went to get a simple wig they were very friendly and helpful throughout. They will help you find something to fit your budget and dont hound you for anything. They also cut the wig for free!! They even have lace wigs💅🏽 10/10 would recommend whether your looking for cheap cosplay wigs or to ball out and head to the the club theyll hook you up! 🔥

They were all extremely happy and helpful.... those ladies customer service was top notch.... I didnt buy anything but was there to help a friend pick out a wig and they was very sweet

No customer service skills follow everyone in the store and uncomfortable for what buy many products bad attitude with several customer act like you have to buy something although you are looking to see what you are interested in first instead of thinking every person come in has to buy or you are no good as a customer.

My wife came in for some hair products and we were impressed by the cleanliness of the store as well as the kindness of the staff. They have great prices, too! Definitely will return. The owner said they do giveaways on social media so we plan to look into that as well.

I bought a lace frontal closure today by Wanna Be 100% Brazilian Remy Silk Mono for $120 along with clothing, lashes etc today. Total was over $200. When I got home there was a line in the closure up front all the way across my forehead and it was the line between the actual flesh-colored part and the lace. I dont know why it was made like that but it is a serious issue because it looks so fake. I also tried bleaching knots twice and they would not bleach so Im not even sure if it is a 100% human hair. So I called the owner and explained to her what it was and she said she didnt want to tell me anything that I need to Google how to fix it so that it wouldnt show across my forehead. She got an attitude with me and hung up in me. Keep in mind I stopped buying from her months ago because of her rude attitude. The only reason why I went there today is because she is the only thing in the area and I did not have time to go to Joyland Beauty Supply on Dickerson rd. They honor their products us their and its buy one pack of hair get one free all the time. Every time I went to her store in Gallatin I spent at least $200 or more. She never wants to fix problems that a customer has or try to make the problem right she just wants to take your money and someone needs to do something about this it is poor customer service I had to cut my closure back a half an inch. It is a waste of money. She needs to work on her customer service skills before she loses a lot of customers like she already has.

The products are cheaply made and overpriced !! They are so absolutely rude and unprofessional! They only care pretty much if you’re african american, asian, or making a big purchase. The younger man at the frontcounter is always on his phone and has no respect for anyone who comes through the door👎🏻 I would absolutely NOTrecommend!!!!
