We came in to look at a mattress set, bed frame, and sectional. The salesman was nice, not pushy, and very helpful. We ended up leaving with everything purchased weve been looking for for over two months for around $3600! We bought the Ashley furniture sectional for $200+ less than the actual Ashley Home Furniture store AND Gibsons is delivering it for free. The staff is very knowledgeable. Refreshing experience.

I have to take a moment to brag on Gibson furniture .. especially Scott! If you have a furniture need please go to Gibson Furniture! Over the years I have bought 4 couches (for me and my kids no I don’t redecorate that much 😂), 2 recliners, bunk beds, mattresses etc.. anyway they are always friendly, great prices and quick delivery. Well the last couch I bought for myself ... a recliner on one end broke. Scott came out to look at it, could tell there was a defect, reached out to the manufacturer and is making it right! Not once did I get the run around, never did I get made to feel as I did something wrong... it was 100% professional friendly service! THANK YOU GIBSON FURNITURE! I’ll never go anywhere else!

Incredibly friendly folks, great selection, sturdy, high quality furniture. We bought a king size bed with box spring and mattress set and we are in heaven. Delivery was free and they set it up for us quickly and with care. The delivery men were polite and got the job done fast. I will definitely be back!

Looking for a narrow hall cabinet and even though I didnt find one they had a lot of outdoor furnature so Ill be back in the spring. People there were really great and were there to answer questions when you had them and werent pushy and followed you around.

This was the greatest furniture experience we have ever had. Customer service was suppurb. They left me alone until I was comfortable to ask questions about what I liked. They offered to deliver & had cute housing accessories without being over-powering. Prices were reasonable, competitive & quality superb. I love being told where in the US something was made!👍🏻👍🏻

Eddie came out to our home and helped me decide what we needed for our den. Picked out colors of type furniture we decided on which was soft leather and fabric for accent chairs, Gibsons ordered it and was delivered before Christmas as they promised. We buy all our furniture from Eddie and were always satisfied. Thanks Eddie we are so enjoying our new furniture.

I liked my experience here. The sales didnt bother us. Our purchase was quick and easy. Just need to get a grip on the two younger delivery/loader guys prancing through the store interrupting people and acting like they own the place.

Had such a great experience at Gibson today. I cancelled an order at another furniture place because of their rudeness and I got anything but rude at Gibson. My sales person was Mary and she was phenomenal! Very personable, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make me happy. She was so personable that we talked so much she forgot to get my phone number during the sell :D But, instead of waiting for someone else to get it for her, she came all the way out to my house to make sure they had it on file. Thank you Mary for going above and beyond and making my furniture buying experience so great.

Be advised, customer service above par is limited to specific personnel. First hand experience with an elderly blonde saleswoman in the living room area began with no greeting at door and met with convenient excuses of not having information that was handled across the street. Reluctance to exercise customer accommodation by use of simple communication devices such as a telephone displays laziness, ignorance and lack of pride for self and the represented establishment. Recommend only working with Louise as she has displayed service accommodation above and beyond to which resulted in a sale of two large pieces. We were looking to furnish 3000sft. (with cash) to replace that which has served us many deployments. At this time we are hesitant and will refrain from action as the company has only represented well with one person and not all, making it a 50% positive review, which is not a passing metric. Hope this helps all to follow.
