Great service from Celeste. Will recommend

On 05/23/21, Kimberly gave exemplary customer service. She knew her job well. I feel it was shameful she was handling all the business of the day alone but, She was taking care of all of us. There was one person before me and three others came in after. Although my process did not flow easily, this not due to anything she had done, she was still was patient and thorough in explaining to me what steps needed to be taken next. Employees like her are why I have been a long standing Metro PCS customer.

Has been a horrible service since I received service. I either have service or no service since I started in The end of October.

This store is a joke, they charge you for things without authorization. Offer free case and glass, but yet walk out spending $125. When I ported my number! I love metroPCS, but I will never walk into this store again. This happen to anyone else? Oh I got the entire issues resolved. No help from the store of course.
