I was so impressed with the service that I received! Sam, Shamaree, and Marissa were amazing! We ran into a few problems, but the team did what ever it took to solve my issues and make us happy T-mobile fans!
Great store, could use more accessories such as more screen protectors, OtterBoxes etc. But the staff is very friendly and helpful. And theyre very patient.This has been my experience going to T-Mobile stores in general.Upgrades cost you, so if you want the latest and greatest, have about $400 extra dollars for the deposit, as they will only finance you for so much. Which is decent considering youre getting the best phone in the world if you chose to do that.☮️ Peace

One of the worse stores on the island. Bad service and sketchy practices. My refund was supposed to be processed within 72 h, but its been already a month. I called the T-Mobile central and they told me that it them, at the store, that they should be giving the refund. But, they delayed, kept sending me from one number to call to the other. Will be talking to a lawyer soon...
Andre was great. He called support when our phones said they were not cat compatible no. He said they were on the list as compatible so wanted to know how they were going to fix the issue.

Ive been a customer of this store for approximately a year now. Ive had several different issues which required resolution. Ive worked both with an associate named Isaac, and the store manager, Keyla. Both of these individuals have gone above and beyond to help resolve my issues. They are extremely friendly and helpful people.

Went in yesterday 5/6/19 to change service from AT & T to T Mobile. They have an offer to pay off your existing phone up to $650 and then you get a new phone through T Mobile. Went through the whole process which cancels my At & T service only to find out that a manager must be there with a code to finalize the transaction. Of course there was no manager present so today I have no phone because the manager will not be there until 10:00 today. Not a good way to start my experience with T Mobile, not happy !!!!!!! They should not have this offer and NOT have a manager on duty to complete !!!!
Try not to go to this T-Mobile store! Go to another if you can. They didn’t seem like they knew any of there stuff or was unsure of it when they were talking to me. Barely even looked in my account, Tried upgrading my phone yesterday 4-24-2020 I don’t know if it was because they were about to close or what but it was very unpleasing all around!

A visit to this location is like stepping into a wealth of knowledge and experience. After recently moving to Galveston I was in need of a cellular upgrade. The staff here was more then accommodating. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable, they didnt try to over sell me. They offered me a compete solution for all of my wireless needs, and I couldnt be happier!

This T mobile store has great customer service and they try to help you as much as possible. My go to store for sure.
There always seems to be a pretty long wait when I go, but maybe Im just going at busy times. Workers are always super friendly and helpful.

Long wait times and a one customer representative in particular that would rather send you running around wasting your time than actually help you. A real shame one bad apple could have such a negative impact on a store.

Its the only place where I can pay my cell phone bill in Galveston the service is really slow sometimes when you go in they forget what order you came in and they see other people before you even though youve been there for 30 minutes and the other people just came in they just need to fix that a little bit

The signal on the island is pathetic, it does not work, I went to complain and they informed me that my problem had no solution and since I had been with the plan for a month, they could not return the money, call t-Mobile directly and the man told me to change of company it is incredible that this company does not have a demand yet
They are thieves and liars, all the employees always tell you lies just to sell their products and they always recharge you more money on each bill ... never switch to mobile and less believe in the lies of the employees 😡
