Perfect addition to our vacation! Rental process was easy and online. Delivery to us was so convenient, too! Nathan did a great job going over everything upon delivery. We enjoyed driving to the beach everyday. After we left, they picked up the golf cart and we didn’t have to worry about anything. We will definitely use them for every beach trip!

Very easy to rent from! I submitted my drivers license, insurance and payment online. The golf cart was dropped off at our rental and picked up without a hitch. The six seater golf cart was in very good condition and looked good with the lift and big offroad tires. It was fun and easy to drive around for the 4 days we stayed in Jamaica Beach. People say there is no such thing as perfect but I am calling the entire experience of renting, using, and returning this golf cart as perfect! Exceptional does not begin to describe the customer service. All the girls at the front desk sound SO happy to be there and Nathan…Nathan the delivery guy…he is awesome. So friendly and informative. We stayed at Pointe West and it’s like he lives here. He told us where the cool red tunnel was to take you to San Luis neighborhood and how to not get lost! I highly recommend using Galveston Cart Rental…not to be confused with Galveston Golf Carts The place is going to have to get more carts! Love it!

They are awesome! I waited to late to book a golf cart and everyone was sold out. I had rented from them last year at the height of the pandemic and I mentioned that to them. I told them if they had a cancellation to let me know. Sure enough I got an email the morning we were supposed to depart that they could have it dropped off at 4:00. And that it was available only until Wednesday even though our stay was until Thursday. I sent a reply back Ill take it heres all of my information and if you have another cancellation just sign me up for Thursday too. Well they had another one and I got to keep my golf cart the entire time I was there. Great people they work with you every chance they get!

We had a great experience with Galveston Golf Cart Rental! It was easy to book, they texted me to work with me to get the cart dropped off around the time of our arrival, and they picked it up 5 days later (just as we were leaving!). Also, the guy who delivered the cart was super friendly. The golf cart was a necessity for us all week…we cruised to and from the beach and all around the neighborhood. It was also nice to not come home with a car full of sand.

We had a great experience with Galveston Golf Cart Rentals for an extended weekend in May 2021 with a 6-person cart. The reservation & payment process was easy online and the cart was delivered by Nathan right on time. He went over everything with us in details and even gave us his cell number in case we had any issues. The cart itself looked almost new with custom wheels and the gas engine had plenty of power. The pricing was competitive especially given the great condition of the cart. I would definitely recommend Galveston Golf Cart Rentals and will be using them again.

Nathan gave us a fall the morning of our arrival and asked what time we would like the cart delivered and as we arrived to our beach house, Nathan pulled up with the cart. Reservations were easy! Drop off and pick up were a breeze. Carts are really nice but we rarely got to use because it rained during most of our stay. More instructions on driving/parking on the beach would be nice as I have never done that before! Overall would recommend and rent again!

Don’t trust this company. We booked the service on a Friday and got charged. 3 days later, we get an email that unfortunately they will not honor the contract because they do not deliver to area (which is 5 miles from their address). So to avoid having a last second cancellation, find a more reputable cart rental in the area.

We rented a golf cart the last week of March. We throughly enjoyed every minute!! We were allowed to decide whether or not to extend our rental agreement day by day. All I had to do was text them and let them know. With the weather being so iffy, that was a tremendously courteous of them. I will definitely rent from them again. I am so pleased with Galveston Golf Cart Rentals!!! They take pride in their equipment, deliver on time, and have great customer service. All of the employees exhibited great manners when communicating on the phone and in person (Chick Fila level manners, lol).We were informed that it is best to reserve a golf cart 2-3 weeks in advance prior to vacation because they are in such high demand. This was the first year we rented one, and I will ALWAYS rent one from here on out. We didnt have to worry about sand in our car, drying off before loading up. We would go for little cruises around the neighborhood. We had a great time!! Thank you for such great service, and such a nice looking cart.

Rented the 6 seater golf cart for our stay near Isla Del Sol. They quickly replied to our phone call for a same day reservation and had it delivered just as promised. We actually had a nail in the tire, so called them and they came right out and replaced the cart for us. We really enjoyed their friendly staff and professionalism. We left the cart sitting in front of the place we rented and they picked it up around noon on the last day. So, we still had some time to play with it that last morning. We enjoyed our experience and wouldnt hesitate to use them again!

We had a great experience with our Golf Carts. We rented two 6 Seater Carts for a full week. Both Carts were delivered and picked up on time. The carts were also in great shape and ran really well. They did an excellent job with verbal and electronic communication, letting you know when your Carts were on the way and when they would be arriving to pick them up.
