I fell madly in love with the Decor pattern Gorham silver service and, now that I know Richard, I am madly in love with him, too. I might as well have direct deposit with GCA&FA, because I also got matching candlesticks and have my eye on much more. I dont understand any of the few negative reviews. Richard personally dropped off my first purchase since he was concerned that the mahogany chest the service came in would not survive shipment. I live fairly close by but I think he would have driven it to California if I told him I lived there. I now have the tablescape of my dreams and a new friend! Thanks, Richard!

I did not have a good experience. I left a message about an item I wanted to sell. Rich called me back and told me to text him a pic of what I was selling which I immediately did. I never got any response back from him. I then emailed him with the pics to make sure he got them. Again no response. I think that’s terribly rude and unprofessional.
