Kent even delivered them to our home, in exchange for a home-cooked meal! WOW! We drove up and three people came out to my car to assist me. I felt like was getting 1st class concierge service! They asked me several questions to narrow in on what I was looking for (color scheme, style, price range) and then funneled us into exactly what we wanted after showing us about 5 rugs. If you want mass produced, manufactured rugs, this is NOT the place. They were rare, gorgeous, one of a kind, hand knotted masterpieces! They showed us around the fascinating property and they showed off some of their astounding rugs. We bought two, one with an amazing pedigree and backstory, at a MORE than reasonable price. Id submit a picture, but our house is in the middle of heavy renovation. We came as customers and left as friends!

We arrived on a snowy day in Boise, and were welcomed with warmth by Kent. He let us wander his showroom for as long as we wanted--and given the vast selection of rugs, it can take some time. As we narrowed down our choices, Kent gently stepped in to give us suggestions, thoughts, and, perhaps most important, guide us away from rugs (even though the rugs were more expensive than the rug we ultimately purchased) that truly would not fit our wants and needs. Even after our purchase, Kent lead us on a field trip of beautiful rugs in his store. After we left the showroom, we retold his stories to friends all afternoon. And when the rug was finally introduced to its room, Kent had been right--it matched both in size and color and pattern to the room. Great experience. Most highly recommended.

Ive admired hand-knotted rugs for years and have seen the prices at other shops. The prices here are SIGNIFICANTLY better, and there is NO sacrifice in quality.
