Terrible costumer service. Employees don’t knowledge any of the customers that walk in.

Worst employees ever I was looking for a flavored lip gloss and I ask if it was the only one they had cause I needed the ones with the stick applicator the young lady told me no! Go Claires in a rude aggressive tone, I couldnt believe she was so rude Im sorry for the store owner hes losing business.

Will no longer be shopping here. Isabel was an amazing employee and a great consultant. I always saw her working hard and she never failed to put a smile on my face

Will not be coming here anymore bc Izzy was fired. Izzy was the best beauty consultant, and I enjoyed going there because of her. You lost an amazing employee and many customers!

Will never be returning to this store. I was followed around the store as if I was gonna steal. If you’re racially profiling at least be subtle about it. Truly disgusted with the service.

This is a great beauty supply and wig store on Long Island in Roosevelt Field Mall, super convenient!My girlfriend was able to find what she was looking for and I even got some mens products I didnt know I needed. I was surprised by how large their selection is!Great and friendly staff. They were very helpful my entire time shopping. Will definitely stop by here again!

Y’all fired the one person that kept me happy in that store and makes me laughed when I would walk in there now it’s like there’s so many other stores why should I come there
