I recently went in to purchase one of my favorite scent which is Amber and Lavendar. I couldnt find it online so I thought to check the store. I was greeted quickly. However, that might have happened because I was the only person in the store and there three sales associates. The person that assisted me didnt ask me the size that I wanted, she just reached for the largest size. She then proceeded to tell me the price. I thought her tone was very condescending as if she thought I couldnt afford the product. I paid with an Amex card, yet I felt that she was acting a bit strange. After completing my purchase of the 100ml size cologne, she did not give or offer any samples of other scents. I was very disappointed. Needless to say. I will definitely chose another location for my next purchase 😌

The associates here are very off putting .. they pick & choose who to help. My partner & I went in & there were two associates helping one customer .. we were not asked if we needed help .. or even greeted. We had all intentions of taking home a fragrance or two but the attitudes & lack of customer service made us walk out & shop at a different retailer

Nashley at the Roosevelt Field location was absolutely wonderful to work with! Very funny, personable, as well as knowledgeable about what myself and my mom were looking for. She actually helped me step out of my fragrance comfort zone and led me to a perfect fresh summer scent. We’re so thankful for her!

I come to this particular store only. I was helped by Amanda the last time I was there and she was great. The whole staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Also they do a great job keeping the customers safe by enforcing a no touch rule and sanitising everything in the store.

I have been to this store 3 times recently, and each time I have had wonderful service.Amanda remembers me and the scent I like. She asks about my daughters and is completely lovely.I recommend this Joe Malone site to anyone who loves Joe Malone products. Amanda deserves a promotion! Her customer service is superb!

Jo Malone scents are amazing and the staff here are helpful withought being pushy. And I live that each purchase is boxed and wrapped with ribbon, making it a truly special buying experience...did I mention they send you gifts for your birthday?!

I was looking through their scented candles and didn’t end up buying anything from here, but the staff was really friendly the entire time. There was no judgment from them about looking kind of scrubby, they let us have some space when sniffing the candles, and a salesperson ended up inviting us to try some of the hand cream, while gushing over the product.

Worst experience ever the sales associate was too busy flirting with a guy that wasn’t even purchasing anything. My husband and I walked right in wasn’t even acknowledged so immediately left. I took my business else where went to Nordstrom and made my purchase.
