I had a wonderful time at this location I felt like a valuable customer I had a rep Natasha answer every question I had without any signs of frustration and explained every phone to its capacity and convinced me to get the s21. She is wonderful with customers. I can tell she enjoys her job.

Ram went above and beyond to help me tonight. My phone died and I got to the store 5 minutes after closing. He managed to restart my phone and did not pressure me in any way to upgrade. I felt that I probably should but understood that it was late. Ram patiently helped choose an appropriate upgrade and took me through all the steps needed to upload my new phone. I walked into this store feeling completely frustrated and fed up with sprint. I was always afraid of Verizons higher rates but at this point I didnt care. A young man by the name of Ram, took excellent care of my wife and I. With his help and expertise we were able to leave sprint immediately and get an unlimited family plan that turned it to be actually cheaper. Just left this location and dealt with the most knowledgeable sales associates I’ve ever met.I’ve never met him before in my life, but he treated me like I was a family friend..Ram was able to turn what I thought would be a long tedious process of switching back from Sprint to Verizon in to a brief pleasant one..even with a busy store he tended to every question I had and made sure this transition went smooth.. The people are always friendly and fun to talk with. And relatively knowledgable and professional. My only gripe might be that sometimes theyre unaware of the way to correctly save you money -- i.e. a salesperson nearly forgot that a product had a warrant allowing me to replace the damaged product for 75% off.

I have honestly never been to a more helpful Verizon store. Ram was so kind and helpful to me— I was coming from the very unhelpful and rude Apple Store and was literally in full on crisis mode because of all the misinformation they told me. Ram cleared all of the misunderstandings up for me, and worked with me on a solution. Overall a really empathetic, helpful person who was a pleasure to deal with.

All 5 stars, yeah right, very fishy. Im sure all the people who walked out of this store did not bother leaving an honest review. Im telling EVERUBODY I know to never to here. ZERO star. The Sale Rep lie and tell you the phone cost nothing but fail to tell you about the $30 activation fee, which youll get on your 1st bill. Also, the phone is NOT free. They just con you into a 2 year contract in the form of monthly payments. God forbid anything goes wrong with your phone from normal wear and tear. Despite having insurance, theyll just tell you to upgrade. F that, cant wait tilbpjone is paid off, dropping the insurance - total waste if ur phone is almost paid off. When Im really for an upgrade, going somehere else.
