The store associates that answer the phones need to work on their customer service and listening skills. I was given the run around on a UPS pickup and the entire time they had it but it was in the box to be shipped out. -- This was a complete waste of my time and it shows how incompetent they are! DO BETTER!!!!
We are from Dallas, TX and my husband tested positive while in GA. Our PCP sent a prescription after hours and the pharmacy had it ready to go by 9:00 am the following day. I called the pharmacy and the young lady was more than willing to help find a thermometer to include w/ my husbands prescription. She even took the time to call me back w/ the price of the thermometer (it was a pricey one) and ensured it would all be ready for pick up. Being so far away and not being able to assist my husband, I was beyond thankful for the Pharmacy being so accommodating.
This is the worse pharmacy for answering phones in a timely manner. I am on hold for over 20-30 minutes every time I call. I still have to end up going to the pharmacy and speaking to someone in order to get my prescriptions filled. Then when I do go up to the store most of the staff act as if I am bothering them. Really wish they could work on this. Wish there was an option for customers to leave voicemail if they arent going to answer
I have been on hold for the last 38 minutes. We have never gotten anyone on the phone before. And its only pharmacy side. Other departments answer immediately. Best part: CVS as an rx coverage carrier tries to force you to only fill with their pharmacies. What exactly is happening with this location that there is a call that has been on hold 40:53 minutes at this point? This is past angering, its just absurd comedy at this point.*Edit: The call was disconnected at 57 minutes. During that time, the manager has had me on hold for over 15 minutes while she was walking back to the pharmacy. I had no idea the store was so expansive. I suppose it is bigger on the inside?
I had a very unexpectedly pleasant experience here. The pharmacist acknowledged me as soon as I came to the counter and swiftly filled my prescription while engaging in a friendly conversation with my son and me. The assistants were also kind and helpful. What struck me most was that there were several elderly people waiting for medicines (some of which needed to be administered by staff) and they were cared for with utmost respect and gentleness. One man didnt even really speak English and they were very patient with him. Basically, the staff treated people with dignity - something you dont see much anymore.
Staff is incredibly slow here. Two people in front of me picking up prescriptions, it took 15 minutes to check out. No one seems to know where prescriptions are filed. Also, sometimes they send the automated text to let me know my prescription is ready... Sometimes they dont. I will probably be transferring my prescriptions to Walgreens across the street.
African American Woman with a little Afro was wearing a blue shirt was very rude.she Profiles African Americans. I went inside the store Nov 15, 2017 Because Im from out of town and I lost my medication for Pylori. And my acid reflux was really bad. I asked her if they had something for it and she said no. Even if they didnt. She was not helpful and she was watching me as if I was gonna steal. Instead of coming with me to help. My experience was terrible with her. I come stay with my fiance while he works and no one else ever treated me disrespectful like her. Not helpful and very nasty attitude. I ask her if she wanted something because she was watching me. And she got very rude and disrespectful and told me. I look where ever I want because this is my store. Honey you are a worker and you was hired to help costumers.Watch out for her. She is very rude. A Caucasian lady was in the store as a witness and let me know that she was talking bad about me and I dont even know her. She is very unprofessional and needs to be fired and reported. I have a witness that heard her exact words.
Bad customer service, the fisrt time they hanged up on me, the second time they answer 1 of my qwuestion put me on hold and was disconnected, I had 3 questions not hard ones at that, it would have taken a minute to answer them all in a polite manner, called a 3rd time this time I get my answers but she was clearly upset at this point.(I will understand if you are busy but atleast state this and it wont kill you to spend 1 minute with your customers.)
I took my prescription to the CVS location in Garden City in the pharmacist said she felt uncomfortable feeling my prescriptions and even the anabiotic’s that I needed. She was real rude and kept saying the same thing over and over and then hung up on me. Also she called me a drug attic because of the medications I was trying to get filled. She also gave me a real dirty look after she looked at the prescription and laughed in through the prescriptions back into my car and left. And she proceeded to say she felt uncomfortable over and over and over. I was the one that felt uncomfortable as clearly she doesn’t know what the hell she’s doing. I will be filing a complaint with whoever is over top of her for her unprofessionalism and failure to fill my prescription.
If I could give zero stars I would . HORRIBLE . They move slow, barely answer the phone, & some of the pharmacists have really nasty attitudes almost as if they hate their job. If I had a choice I WOULD NOT FILL ANY SCRIPTS HERE.
Do you have a phone at this location because you never answer it?
Evening shift in pharmacy extremely unprofessional.
Great pharmacy and good discounts
