I usually judge places on the Friendliness of their staff and convenience so That is why I am giving them 5 Stars! They have a great staff, the place is clean and well organized and They have everything you can think of for a dollar! Cant go wrong going here

My absolute favorite dollar tree. Even more important since we lost the kroger in that strip mall. Not only is the location a convenience for me staff is great. I work in retail as a manager myself, that team is made of some Great people. I always get greeted and all the employees are polite. The Manager is helpful & hardworking. I see the Employees consistently multitasking but they keep up with great customer service. They do it all and I usually only see a few employees at a time. You really see them working hard. I hope they are appreciated for all that. We appreciate you all. Keep up the great work and service.

Came in 4 days in a row waiting for boxes in the floor to be unpacked. Over a week later they still lay there half open and products all over the floor. It was absolutely filthy.

The ar soooooooo slow I bin wetting for 30 minutes for balloons to be dan and she is still not available I will not shop from here again

I stopped for two specific things, onion powder and garlic powder. They had neither, I was disappointed as their spice collection was very limited however I ended up spending almost $20.

Didnt have to wait long in line for checking out.

Kinda a small store.. they dont have frozen food... Other than that very nice employees

This Dollar Tree was the best Dollar Tree that Ive been to in a long time the employers helped me out Im in a wheelchair they helped me out so much and I really truly appreciate it I tried to give them a tip and they wouldnt even take it so God bless that girl that helped me and everyone in the store thank you

Great store, low prices, friendly staff, and is in walking distance from my house and has every thing that I need from food and drinks to craft supplies to decorations.

Phyllis showed instant attitude when I walked up to her register. She really didn’t want to help me, with my purchase, very short dialogue. She’s been an employee since 2002 is really hard to believe.

This is my favorite Dollar Tree. They always have what I came for and the store is always so bright and clean. If it gets busy they quickly open another line for checking out.

Love this one always has what I need line a little long at times but other than that clean and always well stocked.

Staff are friendly and a good selection hence the 3 stars. The ownership of this location does not supply soap or hand sanitizer for their bathroom. Even if not technically a public restroom your employees will cross contaminate everything they come into contact with after they use the restroom, which is everything from cash to product. This is unacceptable and you are putting your customers at risk of picking up something nasty. Theres a handsanizer dispenser that looks like it hasnt been filled in years, why not fill it? Your a dollar store and have these products in stock. Not only for the well being of your employees but your customers as well.

Very cheap things however its very disorganised and the wait for the checkouts are beyond awful. They have 5 checkouts available but only had 2 open. One would think in busy Christmas periods they would make use of the others to get customers through with less stress to both staff and customer.

The store is always out of what you come there for. There is always one person that is mean and one that is nice. They were not helpful when I became sick in the store so I was unable to checkout so I had to leave my cart and leave.

The service is better, I saw that they hired an African-American woman and thats great.

Awesome place to take the kids to spend there allowance, the cashiers are always so patient, kind & so nice to my children.

Worst Dollar Tree Ive visited, NO refrigerated/frozen goods of any type !! The 3 locations in Westland that I shop at carry those items- Wayne & Glenwood, Merriman & Palmer, Ford& Wildwood .
