Excellent service and they are true to their name. Alan and John were amazing! They are supper careful with the new appliances, make sure to protect your walls and floors, and are very precise in their installation. They took the time to level and align/center the appliance in its space. Tested everything and ensured it was working properly. Very safe and respectful. I highly recommend Precision Appliance Installation.

I purchased a washer/dryer set from Home Depot and they refused to install it because the dryer was side venting. Of course they never mentioned that when I setup the delivery. Thank goodness for Precision Appliance. They came out the very next day and did a great job setting everything up. They made it look SO easy that I couldnt help but wonder what was wrong with HDs installers that they couldnt have done it!? Probably best that I hade PAs pros do it anyway. Thanks, guys!! This company was contracted by Pacific Sales to install my GE double oven. They did a very nice job installing it but when I looked for the temperature probe and the operation manual I could not find it. It appears that the bag with these items was thrown away by the installers leaving me no instructions on how to use my new oven. They had also apparently thrown away the temperature probe. I would not recommend this company unless they get their act together and give the customer all of the items included in the Box, which they threw away and I never saw

We had house guests coming for a 10 day visit and our 45 year old wall mounted oven decided to quit. We immediately bought the only 24 inch replacement oven made for this space, but it was 5 inches short in height. It arrived Friday PM and we started calling installers. The first two we called were high in their quotes and could not come out till Monday afternoon. The third installer was Precision. We told them our problem and they said they would come Saturday and the quote was very reasonable. Allen and his son, Robbin, came to our house and very professionally took charge of solving several problems involved in this old installation. They worked fast and left everything clean and tidy. They then showed us how to operate this new and strange appliance.Nice people. Nice job. Highly recommend.Ed Martin

They came to install a dishwasher today. 5 minutes into installation, i hear gushing water. 45 seconds later he finally got the water to turn off, and then came out and told me my valve was broken. However, if the valve were truly broken, without shutting the main off, theres no way he could have turned it off under the sink. There was water and odd debris all over my kitchen. He asked for a bucket, so i went and got a bucket and towels, and he quickly got most standing water. Proceeded to track nasty dirty footprints throughout my kitchen while installing the dishwasher. Used my restroom (during a pandemic nonetheless), left the toilet seat up. Proceeded to leave me with an absolutely filthy and wet floor, wet towels everywhere, and they left my side gate open which my dogs then ran out of. I would not use them again!

Last time (Jan/2020), I was so impressed by the installers from PAI for their knowledge and experience. Due to their recommendation, I actually returned my original order of 24 double wall oven for a new order of a single 27 combination wall oven. I love it.However, not this time (July/2020). After the installation of my new elec downdraft cooktop, I found the exhaust fan was not working. All the other burning elements were working fine. The installer said to me, Sir, you got a defect product. Call your seller-Best Buy for technical help. So I went to Best Buy. They told me since the product was not installed by them, the best way for me to do is to bring the cooktop back to the store for exchange or refund.Next day, I had another elec technician came over to check . Then he found the real problems from the installer: (1) Wrong wiring connection between the house supply and the product. As such their is no power to the fan motor. After rewiring, the same unit was working properly. (2) Used the tape to hold the flex steel conduit to the junction box. It is a fire safety violation. Luckily, the elec technician found the potential problem and replaced the tape with a metal connector.I called PAI and explained the whole story. PAI mentioned that they do have a policy that if the customer has questions regarding the installation, PAI will send another team to reinspect with no charge. Since no one mentioned this policy to me, PAI was agreed to reimburse my extra expense. For this, I am really appreciated PAIs Customer First service. Keep a good job.

Had a Thermador 60” Range which needed installation. Thanh came over and was extremely careful with the installation since I just had my hardwood floors redone prior to install. They had quoted me a price for the install and for 4 people because of the weight of the item. Only 2 showed up so of course I was a little concerned. The 2 gentlemen were able to maneuver the Range into place and towards the end of the install the other 2 installers showed up. When I was handed the invoice, Thanh had deducted the amount I was quoted for the 2 extra people. Needless to say I was shocked. I would 100% call these guys for future installs. Thanks gentlemen for a job well done.

We purchased our kitchen appliances from the Pacific Sales Brea and hired the Precision Appliances Installation to complete professional installation for our Viking appliances. They arrived within one hour of delivery and completed all work except the ventilation hood which had a missing part. They came back one week later as promised, after we receive the missing part from factory, and completed their work professionally and without any hassles. They are very knowledgeable technicians and I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs professional installation of their home appliances.

ALEX LE is amazing. Great Service. I would give him a 10 STAR if I could. I was referred to Precision Appliance Installation INC. by Pacific Sales. I had a BUILT IN SUB ZERO Refrigerator and freezer that I wanted to replace with something else. I had one company come out that said they needed to take the freon out and cut the fridge and so on. They made it very complicated. I called Pacific Sales they told me to call Precision. I did and spoke to Alex. I told Alex the situation and what the other company said. Alex went out to the home and called me. He said he did not have to take out the freon or cut the fridge to get it out. I also had a space on top that Alex said he can use the panel from the Sub Zero fridge door to cut and put in the open space above. I also needed a piece of ply wood underneath the new fridge so it would roll in and out easily. Alex and I worked on this project by phone. Alex was great. He stayed in contact with me . He sent me pictures. He was very professional kind and did a great clean job. I was very thankful to find this company. Alex made it go very smoothly and I really Appreciate all his hard great work. Thank You
