After returning home from a 15 hour day yesterday, I came home to a dead fridge and had an instant meltdown. When I say I know nothing about appliances, I mean nothing. Would not recommend. They must have enough business to where they can sacrifice courtesy and customer service. The repair service might be ok but I didnt get past the lady at the front desk.

I highly recommend GE Monogram Expert. They were friendly, quick to respond, and were very honest. Sadly the motor and control panel need replacing but they were very upfront about it not being worth it to fix - even if it meant they lost out on the work! My washing machine broke, and I went to Google to find someone to fix it. Wilson was very professional. He came over, checked my machine, and explained what needs to be fixed and how it broke. A couple of days later he came back with the parts to fix it. The machine has been running fine since. I highly recommend Wilson, since you can clearly see that he knows what hes talking about. This technician of GE Monogram Expert was awesome! I got an appt for Monday between 12 to 6 pm and the day of, he texted 2 to 4 pm a smaller window to wait. He called 25 mins b4 he shows up and got here on time. Fix our front loader washer that was making a boom-boom sound while washing... we were happy with the work and we highly recommended working with them.

Albeit an hour tardy, the repairman managed to mansplain condescendingly without an apology.

Martinez at GE Monogram Expert was great. I called after 5 and he was there first thing the next morning. I didnt know what was wrong with my freezer but he fixed it within 20 minutes and refused to charge me for a normal service visit. Great to know there are still kind people out there that arent just out for your money.
