Executive Appliance came and removed my appliances due to home construction work. Then came back to install and could not get the dishwasher working, though it was working when they removed. The installer kept getting error messages. When I approached the repair man he said he had reported and that I would be hearing from their office for a service call. He was right they did call me. They told me that they would not repair or fix. They only install and left without it working. Very poor customer service and poor installation capabilities. My insurance paid though I am going to complain next to my insurance company.
Would give negative stars to both Executive Appliance Services *and* Viking Professional appliances if I could. We moved into a house in San Diego last September with 5 year old Viking Professional appliances. The oven on the range did not work at all. Technician came out. Spent less than 5 minutes. Decided it couldnt be fixed without ordering an expensive part. That part took months to come in. He came out, installed expensive part. Didnt fix the problem. Ordered another expensive part. More than 4 months later, oven is working but range top gas on a couple burners unusable (more than a thousand dollars later). Did we get a refund for the expensive part that wasnt needed (I think that part was $600?). No, no we did not. A complete scam.Even worse, our Viking Professional fridge has been freezing our food for more than 6 months. It took 6 months to get in the parts. Technician is here now. After all that, they ordered the wrong part for the fridge. So now we will likely have to wait another 6 months to get it fixed. Their incompetence is unreal. It would have taken the technician who ordered the part less than 5 minutes to pull the part out of the fridge and get the part number, so that he could make sure he ordered the correct one. But nope.I am beyond disgusted. It is not like these are cheap appliances. Viking referred me to Executive Appliances for the repair. I will never buy Viking appliances again. And I cannot with good conscience recommend Executive Appliance Services. These folks are unprofessional, incompetent, and too slow for words (albeit Viking is a good chunk of the problem there). Shame on both companies.
I wish I could give 0 stars out of 5. They are the WORST company that you can use for servicing your appliances. I have a Vikings Freezer and the door wasnt closing properly. They charges me $ 193.50 to send a technician to diagnose the problem. afterward they sent me an invoice for $ 1,100 that the spring, hinge, bar need to be replaced!!! I was surprised and tried to contact them to get an explanation but wasnt successful. I hired a local contractor and he fixed the issue in half an hour and just charged $ 60. DO NOT TRUST EXECUTIVE APPLIANCE SERVICE. They will RIP YOU OFF.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Customer service was horrible. Only reason I used them was because the warranty for my new appliance had to go through them. I would never use or recommend them for anything. Only people you can ever speak with are the operators and they know nothing. No supervisor or manager ever answers or returns a call.
Good folks that really know the ins and outs of these appliances. Always nice to see a local, family owned business that has been around as long as these guys.
My wolf oven ignitor issue has been resolved and reimbursed. Thank you Eric.
When I had my kitchen remodeled I used this company and would highly recommend them. Justin and Jesse were very professional and I would recommend requesting them.
Good experience
Absolutely incredible company! Highly recommend using them over anyone else!
I have been a customer of Executive Appliance for over ten years. I have been waiting for almost three months to have my Viking refrigerator fixed, despite three service calls. The original service call required a special part order that ended up being the wrong part when it was installed about two weeks later. I then waited over a month for a special order part to be delivered to Executive Appliance. I got tired of waiting and was able to order the part myself and have it delivered within 24 hours. When Executive Appliance arrived to install the part, I was informed that the fridge had been misdiagnosed and that a different part was needed. Even better, I had paid for express shipping of the part for nothing because the technician brought the same part.Today I called and spoke with a manager (Gina) who told me she would get back to me this morning. 5 hours later and still no response. They have lost a long-time loyal customer.
Been 3 months ordering a part for microwave. Called 10/28 to replace part on 10/29. Tech arrived and asked me for the part!!!!! Rummaged through his truck fo 30 minutes and finally said he didn’t have the part and left. Pretty bad experience. SMH!!
It was the worst service I ever had. If you are going to call them as well buy a new replacement. after the technician diagnosed the problems on my sub-zero, I had double checked with him to make sure it was the problems. he was so sure. I had spent $700 on the repaired that did not changed anything. call back to the office, they sent other technician, the diagnosed will cost me additional $2783 to repair. I confronted the office about the last repaired, they said that it was done and nothing they can do. it is a very bad service company that I had ever encountered..
My thanks to the Executive Appliance Services Team. Our oven went out just prior to Thanksgiving. I explained we had 20 family members coming for Thansgiving. They expedited their technican to diagnose the problem, helped find the replacement part online (part not available locally), allowed me to purchase directly to achieve overnight delivery and rearranged the technican schedule to ensure he came back out in time to install new part and make sure oven worked properly for the holiday. The technician, office staff and Operations Manager were all very helpful, friendly and went to great lengths to help us. Much appreciated. My experience was a terrific one. I highly recommend their services.
Ryan is a professional who communicates clearly and impresses me with his commitment to the welfare of his customers as well as their appliances!
BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!! Paid these guys $100 up-front for a repair on my Viking 48 built-in refrigerator. The problem was obvious, even I was able to tell the repairman what was wrong. They returned 6 times with the wrong parts and finally just didnt come back. When I talked to Nicky about getting my $100 back, she politely said no, it was their policy. Wow! how do these guys stay in business?
Worst company to deal with! Do not use them even if they are your last resort. We have all Viking appliances and have no choice to use them but now have resolved to replace all our appliances so we never have to call them.Executive Appliances should be reported and removed from BBB
I called them because they were the only service organization in the area for my Viking Refrigerator. Viking offered free parts, but I had to pay labor. They ended up charging to pay $500 per hour labor to free get the Viking warranty parts.Stay away from these ripoff artists.
Viking Owners Beware! This company provides horrible customer service and has no idea on how to work responsibly in homes or kitchens. The Viking Warranty office set up a service call with Executive Appliance to fix my dishwasher pump. During the repair, a hose disconnected and water spilled on my hardwood floors. The tech did not clean/soak up the water but kept working in the standing water. The water penetrated the wood planks and the edges began to cup. I contacted the Operations Manager Zach Lehmann to file a claim in the hope that Executive Appliance would send a water extraction/drying company to resolve the matter. I provided several pictures of the water damage. One month later, I have yet to hear from Zach. Zach was non-responsive to my inquiry and simply did not call me back. What is worst is that he appears to be related to the supposed owner, Kevin Lehmann. In the past, Viking has contracted with PROFIX APPLANCES to address repairs. In my experience, PROFIX techs always do a great job and are careful when working in your home. If you have a choice, use PROFIX. Stay away from Executive Appliance Services unless you want to be subjected to amateur hour.
