Great home depot to shop at, I love what they have to offer. But Im treated like a criminal off sorted when Im in there. There are all kinds of employees and plain clothed lost prevention workers hounding me as I shop or even come remotely close to a door or an emergency exit. I spent over $530. Yet I felt somewhat disrespected by the employees. Not cool Home Depot

I have been to this Home Depot many times before, and have always asked an employee named Kevin for help. I always speak to him in Vietnamese and he also speaks Vietnamese, since my English isn’t the best. Today however, I was looking for wood glue and had to ask him for help. For some reason, he acted like he didn’t know Vietnamese and didn’t help me even when I tried asking him in English. This is easily my worst experience at Home Depot.(Translated by my son)

Only place, not quite close, they had the concrete mixer I wanted. 6 cu. Ft.,3/4 hp.

They seem to have a lot of new young people recently hired - who have absolutely no idea what theyre doing.

Helpful staff cut our purchase to exact size at the saw. Saved us a lot of time as we are visitors and dont have tools in California. This was for my daughters dorm. Thanks.

Front end help was wonderful paint help was excellent other departments not so much... everyone replied sorry not my department also out of stock on screws how does that even happen?

Been coming here recently for home improvement and hobby projects. Recently I came to pick up an online order and one of the items was put for pick up at a separate store. Pedro went the extra mile for me and cancelled the online pick up order and grabbed the item himself from stock. Super impressed by the customer service at this location!

What is this, a Walmart???Ive been to several Home Depots in my days, but Ive hadnt been to one as crazy busy as this one.First, I had to drive around for five minutes to get a parking spot. Then, I had to wait in line to checkout the same way I would at a slammed Walmart.I know they cant do much about parking in such a heavily populated location, so I dont hold them at fault for that. The reason I took away a star is because a couple of their workers seemed annoyed and were not very friendly when I asked where a product was. Every location sets up slightly different, so please be nice since a customer may be there for the first time!

Staff are pretty rude and standoffish, selection is so-so

The experience is not a good one. I am followed by undercover assets protection team members. Ive never stolen anything and its Effing annoying

Horrible Home Depot, curbside doesnt work so dont bother, if you order online and they send you an email saying that it is ready that is a lie, not to mention 1 guy only 1 was working customer service and he had to walk to the isle that had my things and bring back upfront. And they give a discount to ALL veterans but there is ZERO option to enter that kind of info on their website during the checkout process online. So sorry fellow Vets looks like the Depot only cares about us inside the store. However I am not giving HOME DEPOT 1 STAR as a whole, just this LOCATION GARDEN GROVE.

This store a nightmare .line had 20 people in it and they kept asking for people with credit cards to go ahead of me . In line literally 20 minutes. Cash people should be first . Myself and 1 other guy had no mask on . I kept getting starred at lol paranoid people these days .

No associate would come for help. I had to ask a customer to lift heavy items in my cart. Checkstand froze during my transaction and the cashier was clueless. I went and used the self check out while the other customers just said oh she is new. I told them I was re ivering from back surgery and needed help. NO ONE CARED!

This Home Depot had everything we needed, unlike the two we visited prior. The guy at the check-out, Andy Ly, was very friendly and had a great attitude! Good job hiring him (and no, we had never met him before).

I went on a Saturday and it was really crowded. However, everyone was really friendly and they had dividers on the registers and social distancing signs. Great deals too!

Smaller home depot than we are use to, a little hard to get parked. Not a lot of selection compared to others, but we got what we needed.

And to be honest the people who work there hardly know anything or there answer is always I don’t work this department but today I had a great experience At the garden grove Home Depot of garden grove blv. This guy named raul was such a great help. And was goin the extra mile for me to look around other stores until I found my item. He actually took it as his little challenge to make sure I get what I want and he did wich was crazy because they were out of what I wanted you are awesome raul. Thank you if everyone there was like you . You guys would be the #1 store NO DOUBT

Ordered online had no problem picking up my order there was no line though they were busy and everything was as I ordered.

Well I dont know what to say about home Depot but anybody whos been to a home Depot pretty much you know that you can find anything you need there as far as it comes to your home. So go check it out you should be able to get anything you need at home Depot.

Tyler was truly awesome he had only been there a couple of months but yet he knew where all things were when customers asked he made my keys and not once did he act as if he did not want to do it. Hes a keeper for sure. Wished all the Home Depots had staff like him. The young lady that helped me with self check out was awesome too although I did not get her name she was great and helpful.

Place was crowded and everyone was moving slowly (typical weekend shopping) come early on the weekend if you are in a hurry.

Waited for over an hour to get two pieces of 4x8 plywood cut in half. They promised 3x they would send someone to help, but never did. Lots of employees observed in the back playing around, but offered no help or assistance. Let and went to HD Stanton and they did in 5min what Home Depot- Garden Grove couldnt do in an hour! This location is not recommended. If you want service, go to Home Depot Stanton!

The home depot is the best place to shop for home improvement qualities services. The store is clean and well structured in pricing. And no hassle but need to present basic students desks self mounted computers desks and storage.

The home depot on Garden Grove Blvd has a lot more products available than the one on Katella. I live right in the middle of those two, and had a bad experience at the Katella store because they were out of more than 3 items in plumbing which were basic. The guy there could not help us with our question. Anyway this is a bigger store and had more employees available to help and helpful as usual.

Its always a mess going to any Home Depot and such a waste of time looking and waiting for someone to come help me since items are rarely in there designated locations. There are a few good employees that are very knowledgeable and helpful, but good luck finding them when you come back.

Aisles crowded with merchandise. Lots of people shopping.

Everyone there was kind, and helpful. I was looking for a small plant and a pot, and it took maybe 5min total. Very quick and easy service.

What can I say about the home Depot? They are mostly the same and thats about it. I guess one difference is the customer care you get. I should probably give them less stars because when I was in there they had an aisle closed and the guy was using a forklift. Maybe there was a reason he was taking so long but he seemed to be honest phone and I had to wait for the aisle to reopen

Greeter told us exactly which aisles had what we needed; the stocker in the aisle cut the chain for us, the long checkout line went fast because they were constantly bringing customers out according to payment type, so we were in and out in 15 min!! Really impressed with how they want to please the customer! 😄

The third Home Depot we went to today because the first 2 didnt have what we were looking for! The 2nd Home Depot referred us to this one.... and the assistant manager, Pedro, had the item we were looking for, ready and waiting for us at the front desk! And he honored the clearance price from the 1st Home Depot we went to! Kudos! This place is packed and not easy to navigate their parking lot... hence, the loss of a star.

Very nice store aesthetically and tactfully, you can find everything your home or garden needs here, even some items for cars too. Plus their gardening section is beautiful and all at low prices.

Big with lots of items in stock. Many helpful employees that can direct you to the items or sections youre looking for. All sections are separated by categories so not hard to find things once you look up at the signs. Prices seem good but Im sure some things are cheaper while other things are expensive compared to other places like Lowes. Id recommend this place for most hardware needs.

This place is like any other home depot that you would shop at anywhere in the country and I was looking for just one thing and I asked a couple of employees where I might find the item and they were very helpful and to find out that they were out of stock on the item.

The girls at the paint department are supper helpful. Helped me find a good price for a small job. The paint I am greatly satisfied with! Very informative and will be back for sure! Also had to use the restroom and it was very clean. Love this location.

Only issue is the lines. I would prefer a chackout lane with people.

Went shopping for a refrigerator. Not a big deal till I needed help . No one around. And everyone was helping someone already with others waiting for help as well. Forget it. I left.
