I brought in my 20 year old Volvo for a smog check with plans of eventually donating it because it had so many engine problems living in a state where it had a lot of snow. Make a long story short, after working with Steve (former Volvo mechanic) and Jay, they helped me with a reasonable plan to update my car at a very reasonable fee. Seven months later and no pressure from them, my car literally drives like brand new. It is quiet, reliable, and drives perfectly. I drove my wife and two sons in it and the first thing they said was: “ wow-dad! Your car drives like a brand new car”. These guys literally saved me $30-$40,000 regarding buying a new car. They are great at what they do never had a issue with theyre repairs. They are honest and use quality parts. And they will help you and advice to to save money. They are a business so they are more expensive than doing it youre self. But the timeless and quality they provided is worth it.

Excellent pricing on parts and labor, I went too the Kia dealership for a alternator, the price for parts and labor was $ 1,800, took it to 1st Class, for both parts and labor, $285. All of my mechanical is done by them. Customer for 2 1/2 years now, absolutely no problems with their work and performance.

I work nearby and for some reason nail/screw punctured flat tires seem to be a common occurrence for my coworkers and myself. Every time I get a flat though, I come here. The service is fast and cheap. And when I come in for a simple flat tire fix, they still run some diagnostics on the car to make sure everything is okay. Highly recommended for any flat tire.

Ive been taking my cars there for about 5 years. They have always been fair and honest.

Been coming here years to get my oil changed. Today I show up just after 8am. Im waiting at the front desk, and no one acknowledges me. Another customer shows up and intercepts one of the mechanics out in the shop while I been standing inside waiting patiently for 15 minutes. I walk outside and they assisted him first and didnt even ask if I had been helped yet. I simply walked away disgusted at that point. Terrible way to treat a loyal customer. I wont be back.

This place has horrible customer service, and on top of that cant even diagnose a vehicle properly. I would never ever recommend anyone here ever!!!

$20 oil change

CEO with 40 years of experience. However, I couldnt find a common right rear wheel bearing problem.. I asked the experienced staff one by one and asked for their consent, but the solution I came up with was that I could go to a Toyota dealer and inspect it, and if I bring the result, I will fix it at half price. which. He said the inspection fee would probably be $300.... I was out of the question, so I went to another repair shop in Fullerton and inquired.. (commonwealth + brookhust).. found the rear wheel bearing problem at once and solved it for $250.... Korea after every word People say that Koreans are... They are demeaning themselves as if they are not Koreans, but I hope Koreans dont go after reading this post...
