TERRIBLE customer service. You might also want to look at their Yelp reviews. (They are also doing business under the names H & R Appliance Sales AND AC & Heating).You are given a 4 month warranty on your purchase of used appliances. If you need a repair they promise to come out and never show up. This is provided you are able to get someone to answer the phone after your initial call (I believe they use their caller ID to screen calls). Once you get someone on the phone they are surprised that no one showed up to do the repair.It appears that they are waiting for the warranty to expire. Also, why does the same business go under so many different names???
