Daniel took 2 wks to fix my car and said it was a transmission issue 3 days later developed other issue w my car smiled in my face and said oh this is a second issue and wanted me to pay more money why didn’t he discover this in the initial diagnostic donot go here money hungry and doesn’t know wat he’s doin had to take my car somewhere else

I dropped my car off on July 7th for a small scratch on my hood and side fender. My car was not ready until August 1st. There was no effort on the shops behalf to establish communication to let me know how my car was. The car being a 2017 dodge charger hellcat. Upon initial review I noticed that my left hellcat emblem was replaced and was facing upward. It baffles me that they could not get this simple alignment being that the right emblem can be seen as a reference. I pointed out the flaw to the owner and he did not catch it. This bothers me because it was such an obvious lack of attention to detail. I can only wonder how long the paint they used will hold up. This is the last time I bring any vehicle to this shop and I advise anyone looking at this shop to go elsewhere. There are plenty of better shops in the area.
