They had me back and forth to and from my house about three times stating that they didnt have my authorized user showing up on their computer system. My mom had to wait 30 minutes in order to add me as authorized user even though the first time we initially instead of the account as me being authorized user because my mom doesnt know how it to use the 611 number in order to add me as a authorized user again having to wait 30 minutes when their computers did not register my authorized-userness. Ill bet they did give me the good advice to have sent in my cell phone trade-in before 14 days deadline. They cannot help me there given that its a holiday season and its impossible to get in line to the USPS to me Im a package of the phone Google pixel 4 XL so I get tax taxed for it be a lovely holiday season. Thanks a lot manager

When I got there today there was a wait. There 3 people in front of me and 3 reps working.This 5 star rating is exclusively for the rep named Saaed. I believe that was his name but he assisted all 3 people ahead of me and myself fast and efficiently. Very hard worker. While the other 2 reps took they’re time and were still on the same customer as I left. Thank you Saaed!!!!

Came in with my mother to remove someone from our account that we had and possibly upgrade my phone, the girl that was helping did not know what shes talking about. Shes said the only way to remove someone from our account is that I would have to do it via phone call to the customer service or cancel my line??? LOL unbelievable. Came in again with the primary account holder and the guy who helped us out the second time, he got everything done at the store. She needs to get retrained or something because that was ridiculous customer service.
Stop reading this and go see Eric Contreras!!!!! So I have been in the market for a new phone and wasnt sure if I wanted to go with T-Mobile. I called in to the store and was able to speak with Eric. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. He even went as far as to get my information to be even more helpful and send me links so I can better understand the phones . He even made a YouTube video inside his store to show me some products being that I was not there. I got a chance to find him on Facebook and he is a down to earth guy very helpful. I ended up going into the store and sure enough he got me into an iPhone upgrade and got me to switch to T-Mobile. It is the best plan I can possibly ask for and hands down to Eric for helping me out and being very patient with me I highly recommend everyone to go in and ask for Eric Contreras. Call him today!!!!
Terrible service had wait outside for about 1 hour while there was 1 customer in the store and about 5-6 employees doing nothing !!!!!

Been with T-Mobile for over 4 years... Have 4 phone lines and 2 tablet lines. Never was I once frustrated with coverage or dropped calls. What has kept me with T-Mobile for all these years has been the best customer service I have ever encountered or experienced. Started with Cell Phone companies in early 90s. LA Cellular. Sprint, Verizon, and finally T-Mobile. The ones I left had bad customer service. Need I Say More??

Went in today to purchase a iPhone X . When I walked in I asked to look at the different iPhones and the girl just pointed and said they are over there against the wall. I was the only person on the store and went over to look, when I came back she responded with, “which one did you want?” I went ahead and told her. Did not offer to help set up the phone, or any phone cases. I went and picked out a case my self she rang me up threw it all in the bag and said your all set. The workers there seemed more interested in chatting with each other then offering the best costumer service. Will be going to another store from now on.

Eric Contreras took very good care of us extremely profesional we came from riverside to purchase a second phone we had and amazing interaction the first time and decided to give it a try a second time luckily to our benifit he was still employed at the same location!!! We have a business account with T-Mobile and honestly he offers very good customer service!! Takes the time,dedication and effort to get all of our questions and worries answered definitely deserve to be a manager!!He has my vote to be a manager he will excel in this position!!Thanks Eric 🙏

The MANAGER is the worst person in the building.. Hes VERY rude, disrespectful and likes to argue with WOMEN.. If he paid more attention to his job instead of arguing with me MAYBE I would have had a memory and sim card in my new phone I had just purchased and maybe the case that I bought WOULDNT have popped off and broke a couple of hours later.. So long story short the next day I went to a REAL tmobile and had them correct the disaster... DONT GO THERE.... EVER!!!

CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES!The experience switching to T-Mobile at this store has been horrible. I was signed up in store for the wrong plan. It was supposed to be a family plan and they signed me up for 3 individual plans. When I received my bill is was over 300 dollars which I had to pay. Then I got the plan switched to the right plan over the phone by actually calling t-mobile. A month later when I got my final bill from ATT and submitted for reimbursement on my devices, I was denied. I found out that I had been signed up for the wrong promotion and that I am receiving credits ($15 a month) to my bill and will not get the device payoff I had expected and wanted. So now I am coming out of pocket 1400.00 dollars for my phones to ATT that I traded in due to an error on the sales associates side. I went in and talked to the manager and he said there isnt really anything he could do and had me call t-mobile solutions dept. Had I known this was going to happen I would not have switched. When I called t-mobile to it get it resolved, it was to late because it had been more than 14 days. it has just cost me about 1600.00 dollars to switch to T-mobile because of the miscommunication with the associate. In the long run I am saving money, so its not all bad, but the fact that the associate didnt listen to me and completely messed up causing me to have to pay out all this money sucks. T-mobile itself as a service has been great, and the customer service over the phone with t-mobile has been great, just not at this store.LONG STORY SHORT, T-MOBILE IS GREAT, BUT DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

Terrible service. Went in there to get information on how to go about the note7 recall. The guy helping me out, was pretty much questioning me and trying to make me feel stupid for not having the common sense of calling Tmobile services instead of going to a Tmobile store since it was common sense that they wouldnt be fabricating phones there at the store and ready to hand over to anyone who walked in with a note7. It got to the point where I just walked out because any second more of his unprofessional rude service, I would have punched him out. My girl noticed the tension and just pulled me out of the store. Worse service ever though. The whole store as a whole sucks. Coworkers were having out loud conversations between each other of the night before while helping out customer. You dont do that.
Terrible service. I had my replacement phone sent to this tmobile since it was the closest to my house big mistake. The phone was delivered since monday and it is now wednesday and they are saying a manager has to give me the phone which the manager will not be in until the 14th. I am currently on the phone with corporate. Never again will i deal with this place

This guy that worked there lied to me about getting the Accessories that was included with the phone and now I am being charged for it when I asked him 2 times if it was included and he said yes so I went there yesterday to talk to the manger and the guy worked there came to the manger and told him that he never said that and he tell me it was included If he would have told me that I haded to pay for them I wouldnt have done that i would have just brought it somewhere else interested and i wanna tell the manger that the guy that works there he is a lier and he said that everything was included and I will never go to that store again I will find someone else to go to from now on

Whenever he arrived in that store, the attention is terrible, they work like 8 inside and there is never someone available, it shows that they are not able to serve everyone equally, and on top of that they make us wait outside I am 18 years old with tmobile but we always have bad attention in that store...
