Its cool. Alot of there stuff dont have prices on them nor are there labels on the shelf makes it hard to shop. Other than that its cool.

This store is my secret stash spot. I go here for those hard-to-find items for ultra affordable prices.

Was surprised with the incredibly large array of furniture. Was able to find many of the items I needed. I like the new arrangement. At least new to me.

They need stock their shelves more often. A lot of items are missing. Plus the isles are too narrow you cant navigate without running into someone.

This discounter has a huge selection all at reasonable prices.This store has just completely reconfigured its layout and this visit was a bit disconcerting since nothing was where I was used to. Will take a few trips to familiarize myself again.They have many food items at a much lower price point than your local supermarket, however items like bread have used up shelf life in the supermarket before being put on sale here. Be sure to pay attention to expiration dates on any consumable items.They have a huge selection of bedding, furniture, kitchen items and at this time of year, bbq and patio items on sale.I love Big Lots, have been a fan since the stores were known as Pic N Save here in So. Cal, and Mac Frugals in other areas.They are a huge company with massive buying power, so enjoy the discounted prices!

I like BigLots but this location since the pandemic has lost its luster the shelves stay bare like they need to restock or there going out of business.IDK maybe its just the times Im visiting the store.Overall still good quality items,low prices

Been awhile since last time, changes, things moved around, kind of congested areas near back but I found what I was looking for just not at the price I saw online.

Greeted by Employees and Security Guard. Store was clean. Store was not crowded. I was in and out.

Very nice store with capable & helpful staff. Good inventory at a great price & good variety of payment options. I have bought about 4 pieces of furniture from Big Lots and Im satisfied with all the products and the customer service that came with it.

Brought a couch. Pillow are flat after a week, Called store a Rep said they dont except returns for wear and tear.. I called another store, was told had 30 days to return it. Get on the same page..

Bad customer service . they have plenty of employees to help and they are all just running around like chickens without a head . Once you get one to help you, they give you a attitude . I say clean house and hire new professional people .

As soon as we entered the store we felt very comfortable, a customer were asking me about the batteries I Were going to purchase, she chose the same brand. The Cashier was very friendly. Every Big Lots my daughter and I shop at, whether together or alone. We always get the friendly service, even the security person are on watch.,😃

A very interesting place to visit. I usually can find what I want & more. At holiday time, the store gets packed so go early as their big parking lot gets full quickly.

If you are familiar with big lots then this is an average location and usually clean. Just discovered that its more cost effective to get my paper plates here instead of Costco! Workers are nice enough but not exactly friendly. I recently went in for a new coffee pot and it was $5 cheaper than Target for a 12 cup Mr coffee pot. Love the deals 👍

The women that helped me were very friendly and helpful. Its my local Big Lots and Im glad its there. When I was a kid many moons ago it was called Pic-N-Save.

Companys website crashed on Labor Day so I wasnt able to pick up my online order but the Store Manager, Joe, team leader and sales associates were very accommodating in helping me work it out so I still got discounts on the same items comparable with the online pricing. I highly recommend shopping at this Big Lots location!!!

If you are an online shopper dont waste your time looking at their online ads for furniture. They usually have alot of stuff in store that wont be advertised and the in-store prices seem to me significantly lower priced. But if u really like nice things and are lazy like me when it comes to home decor be patient looking online, all the best deals are 30 mins into the search because they show their more expensive furniture and items first. Do not let the system know your location its flawed and will skip the inventory of less popular stores near you that may have what you want. If u go inside they can tell you where they have what you want and call ahead for you to pick it up. Shop on Shoppers. Hint, you have to know good quality when you see it! The good furniture companies list what their products are made of.

Store has changed since the last time I was there...over 1 year. Aisles seem really crowded, but still some great buys. I will definitely be back.

Got a great price on a new canopy. Store was pretty well organized and clean. Pricing was pretty hit or miss though. I noted that some items didnt have a great price at all. Check stands are pretty slow for no good reason that l could ascertain. This store has foods, small appliances, summer lawn and garden supplies, and cleaning supplies.

Had everything I needed and good deals

My experience was very pleasant. The cashier did a great job, she greeted me, asked me if I owned a reward card, scanned it and wished me a good day.

I approached a counter after another customer left; I placed my items on the counter, took out one earphone jack, and lastly got my card to pay. The cashier politely says, Oh, this register is closed then walks away. I just looked at her and politely left my items on the counter, put my earphone back in my ear, returned my card to my wallet and politely walked out.

Yeah I want to the store this morning to re get some lysol and before the store was opening they were passing out the lysol to of their family and friends so when the regular customers came me in there was no lysol

The big lots I go to in Gardena is excellent... The staff always make your shopping experience a positive one and I always look forward to going there... I take care of my mom and dad and Im disabled, the staff are pleasant always willing to lend a hand and help find whatever youre looking for... As a matter of fact the prices on incontinence products, bedding, linens and paper products are absolutely amazing and I thank u for being there in our community to serve us... I KNOW the staff may sometimes feel theyre not recognized for what they do, but they are the heroes of our community playing more of a helpful role then they know...
