A convenient, quick, in & out market... Carries most things the average shopper needs for everyday use... Not big on novelties but its a decent neighborhood type place...

Good market to go to with fair prices but some of their produce can be really old.

One of my favorite places to buy vegetables. Everything you need in green is under one roof. Variety of vegetables and fruits. Cereals, beverages, for example.

Good store my mom bought Cilantro and cat 🐟 to make a cat fish soup and tamarindo sea food seasoning as well.

This is the best place to go if you looking for some green leaves and vegetables. Especially those Srilankans who are looking to buy ගොටුකොළ(Gotukola) near by Torrance, Gardena, Carson or even in LA areas this will be a good selection. They have a good collection of those green vegis as its says in there name. Located in Rosecrans Av in Gardena near by 110 freeway. Reasonable prices. And they are open until 8:00 pm. They also have collection of Asian Groceries and drinks. Have a good parking area. Accept cards and cash both. Recommended.

I travel from Riverside to Gardena. Found this hidden gem 💎. They have some fish that other markets dont carry and sometimes a little cheaper. Love getting my thyme, 5lb.bag of shallots, and other produce from here. Some produce is cheaper here than in Riverside. Will continue to drive here to get my meat, fish and produce.

A friend took me there I was very impressed with their prices their customer service was good she rang my soap up with the food stamp card I bought 5 lb of oxtails at $7 a pound nowhere else in LA are they $7 a pound and I am going back it was an excellent store nice and clean nobody was following you around everything was in place and it was lovely

Great place to find sauces you cant find in regular stores

It was OK, we are able to find something that we need. Also we cant find the can vegetables that we were trying to look for.

Green farm market has been providing nice fresh produce for many years. I went there to get some ingredients for beef pho and I went here, knowing its a Vietnamese market or owned by one. I read reviews that the tidiness inside isnt the greatest, but I thought was okay. Anyways, it has a nice collection of fresh vegetables and vegetables. Price is generally very reasonable. Price is comparable to nearest El super, which offers great prices itself. Meat and fish departments closed earlier than 8:00pm when store closes. About the pho ingredients, I bought a variety of ethnic ingredients. Pho rice noodles, spices, seasonings, etc. Overall, nice friendly place with great priced grocery.

Please make sure you examine the food. On March 14th they were still selling bacon to the public with an expiration date of 1/31. The bacon had mold on it and looked old. When I brought it up to a worker, they acted like it was no big deal.

Great place to get some quick groceries. Especially if youre looking for an exotic taste. They have a good selection of beer and liquor as well.Its primarily an Asian market I believe. Youll find a selection of fish, shrimp, etc. Very rare 🦄 to find crab here or other shell fish.Parking is never a problem.

You would think that in this current times where theres a shopping panic and every store is low on stock that we, the shoppers, would be more understanding and empathetic to grocery stores like Green Farm. While waiting in line, I chatted with some of the nice folks who worked there and they are all working non-stop to move the lines along as quickly as possible. They are working tirelessly to do their best so the least we can do as shoppers, is have a little patience. I shop here all the time and this is a rare situation with 10 times the customers and shortage of stock. Dont go online and give a business a low rating because of this situation we are ALL in.

It is a rarity I give 5 starts. But this place deserves it. When it comes to fresh veggies, u cant beat Greens Market. The shared parking means theres always lots of parking.They sell all types of fresh fish also. The market is quite small but offers great selections of foods.When Im ready to eat healthy, Greens is always my first stop.And while I think these guys prices are a bit high, they r truly worth every penny. Highly recommend. 5.5 starts.

It was very pricey but I saw that they had fresh seafood at least on Friday. It was clean and they had what I needed so Im happy with them.

I was at the green market at 2948, 2301 w Rosecrans ave. Gardena ca. On August 31, 2056 i was waiting at check stand 4 for the cashier to bag my items she never did. I asked her to bag them and she said when a customer have their own bag they dont bag. I said at food4less you bag your own items but this not food4less. I asked her too were the bags free she said no ten cent. At this time a Mexican man on the left side of me become very mad and said get out of here given her a hard time. I asked him who he was? He than rises his left shirt to show firearm and said that he was security guard for the store i grabbed my bag and began to leave. He comes at me with force onto my face appeared to wanted to fight me at this time i ask him to get outta my face. As i was leaving he takes a photo of me and said i was in violation for misconduct and if i return he would have the cops to arrest me.

This is a gem. Typically much much lower prices on produce. One must just inspect the produce carefully. Onions, potatoes, lettuce, carrots,celery, fresh herbs(all varieties) are a great value.

Food had mold on it. Brought it back for a refund. Not a single apology for wasted time.

I used to enjoy shopping at this market because it it located near my home. This market carries a variety of ethnic produce; foods such as Jack-fruit, that I had never experienced before.Sadly, I will never shop at this market again, as they have a policy that assumes that their customers are inherently thieves. Dont bring your own bag to this market because they dont allow their shoppers to bring in their own reusable bags. The will take away your bag and give you a clothespin, which you can use to retrieve your bag after you have made your purchase. I dont blame them for not trusting their customers, because their customers dont trust them either, (I never buy their meat).

Today, I went there and try some parrot fish. After a while I was starting to feel uncomfortable. I walked in with my backpack and camera bag, coming from school, and I was being followed around the store. The people who worked there was being rude, as I was asking for help. Nobody was being helpful, and it turned out the fish wasnt cooked all the way. It seem like it was rushed, and the cashier was rude. I will never go there again, especially after school.

This place sucks would buy any meat or freezer food. Bought a freezer breakfast and when I opened it i found it moldy. Feel in the store because the freezer was leaking they had towels but wasnt watching it. Needs a remodel and better variety of items that are good.

I got meat from here at the counter. It was about $4.99 for lib. we received meat says $6.80 (about) but as soon as my husband got on his hand, he noticed something. we went to the vegetables section and scaled the meat. it was about half pound. they charged us for 1 and half pound. we asked the shop to re-scale but if my husband didnt notice, i would paid for something 3 times more than i get.

This place is just nasty... especially in the summer when you can see the flys bouncing around the fruit. theres a smell in there.. like a stale fruit or something.. i come in here to get ginger candy because i cant find it locally anywhere else but if weren’t for that i would not bother. they are an asian market so you can usually find things in here you cant find other places but it isn’t worth it... just drive a bit further and try somewhere else...

I discovered this market about five years ago when I first moved into the area. The only things that I have ever gotten is the produce, fresh fish, and meat behind the glass. I am a black man and I not try to go shopping there early mornings or too late in the evening because other nationalities act like they rule the world and make you feel as if you dont belong there. By other nationalities Im talking about Nigerians, Africans, Asians, and Cambodians. Even if there was a number system in the meat and seafood department it wouldnt matter because of the language barrier and the rudeness of certain customers stepping in front of you to intentionally block your view and communication with the staff will always be out of control. The cashiers are cool people though and until I come across a different market with similar portions and variety Ill wiggle my way in and out whenever and however I can. BTW Ive never gotten sick from the fresh meat or fish. Who the heck would buy anything sun tried and risk illness when its not your culture?
