I went here today to buy something to drink and I was looking through all the expiration dates on the bottles on a flavor of Mountain Dew that I wanted. The Indian guy scolded me behind the counter and asked me What are you doing? I told him Im looking at the expiration dates. and he told me You dont have to look at all of them just get one. and to close the freezer door. His customer service skills need a lot of work because after he berated me inside his store in front of another customer I felt like leaving his store and not purchasing anything. Hes very lucky that he got my money because after this sad inexcusable experience that I received he will never get it again.

So this is my neighborhood market place. I actually love this spot. Always good service and the owner is usually on site. However this is the 3rd time I thought I was shorted. Generally, I leave without a hitch. Somehow though whenever I get the dude named Juan.. Im always short a couple bucks (no receipt because I thought I could trust this place) . Tonight however, I called him out and did the math on my phone calculator after the transaction was completed. Sure enough $1.75 short. Now Im not worried about the change. My concern is that he does this often and pockets the money. Meaning he is not only playing the owner but the community. Why do i assume theft insted of mental error ..well because after I called him out on the error he said that it was because the bags where $.20 .. which I replied well then you still owe me $1.50 ...So please count your change and watch out for Juan Good night!
