Been shopping here for years. I know every corner in this place. So my overall experience with this Ralphs is 4 stars. Not perfect, but still a place I can recommend.

I go to Ralphs on Redondo Beach Blvd and Van Ness for my Pharmacy prescriptions needs. The Pharmacy staff are friendly, efficient and family oriented. When I go to there they know my name and we always have a smile and excellent service. Furthermore this Ralphs is clean and the checkout staff are helpful and friendly this Ralphs is managed excellently.

Ran in for pacifico 12pk beer,but they sold out. But they always have other varieties to choose from..

I was referred by a friend to visit this store whilst I was searching for where to buy a birthday cake and oh my I saw more than enough varieties of different mix of lovely cakes at pocket-friendly prices as well.It such a huge place where one can shop for daily essentials and pay with either cash or via POS.

Be careful about asking for a bag when the store manager is ringing up for you. I was responded with a severly negative attitude from him when I asked, may I have a bag please, when I reached him. He even insulted me while I was leaving and after apologizing for offending him. I have never encountered so much negativity before from a person behind the check-out counter. Definitely the worst experience ever.

Ive been working for instacart, therefore I have to visit this location at least 3 times a day. I had multiple bad experiences checking out, the cashier CLAUDIA B is extremely rude and unprofessional. I felt discriminated against because she was being nice to the Caucasian lady in front of me. The sale manager was unhelpful as well. Overall, staff is rude and give an attitude every time you ask for help.

Great ralphs, friendly staff always helping with recommendations of things they like to buy as well, clean store.

They have everything I needed. Not only that but I came back the next day to buy one of the beautiful fat steaks I saw on my first visit.

This store is the most efficient and professional group of staff they are truly a team and team players I dont live in the area but I travel for 20 minutes just took get to the store because it is the best Ralphs within a 25 mile radius. The store/sales manager Brandon henson should be fired. Today my husband was doing an instacarr order and brandon was the ice who rung us up. My husband stated there are some batteries we need that are under lock and key. he told my husband I know they are under lock and key I told the manager his tone was very rude and condescending. He became baligerant in front of customers. He has a know it all attitude and its ridiculous. Is this how u lead by example. Thisbisnt the first time he has been rude to a customer. This is a ghetto ralph. He should be fired.

Ralphs in Gardena is great. They have an excellent mix of product, I always find what I need. They are really stepping up their selection of organics in all departments too! Staff is always pleasant, friendly & willing to help. I drive out of my area to shop this place, I love it.

Its okay. I go here for convenience.The managers always seem to have a sour attitude.The meat department hides the fat in the meat. They put the good side up and fatty side down. I bought a trimmed tri-trip. It was only partially trimmed.

Xochil harasses customers. Makes me feel threatened. Spoke to bookerkeeper and Manager they did an amazing 5star service. Expressed sympathy And comforted my concerns. I’m never going to this store location again because of Xochil. I was informed she is Aztec...

I have lived near here for 23 years. Ralphs has attempted to keep it stocked and clean, but some of the employees have attitudes now, which I can understand due to the ghetto element who regularly come in and steal items. There are other people walking around in their pajamas, yapping loudly on their phones the entire time they are in the store. It is sad. Many of the area residents drive to Torrance or Redondo to try and have a peaceful shopping experience.

Ralps was always been great and they had everything we needed with good prices.

I like this store ..but I do not like the security guard; the older, short, African-American lady who works at night. Sometimes I believe she follows me. More than once, Id be in the restroom, and shell come in, looking at me all crazy. Recently, I had 10 minutes before they closed, but she wouldnt let me in. She was rude, from the inside. Ive been told that a store isnt suppose to close until the time they say they close. Before she started working there, Id get there with only minutes before closing, and Id be able to. She doesnt like me, and its not right.

This Ralphs is a nice location. It has a well stocked produce department, deli and bakery. Its smaller than some of the newer stores. But its updated nicely.

Store is around the corner from my job.I go in find what I need and Im out. Always have what I need when I need it plus the prices are great. Very nice employees also who are helpful.

Nice store, on the smaller side for a Ralphs. Well organized and has most daily needs for a health food junkie like me. Seafood section is rather limited, however.

Typical ghetto supermarket, they watch you like a hawk to make sure youre not stealing. They pull all kinds of tricks with labeling so that you buy the more expensive larger sizes thinking that theyre on sale. The freshness of their products is usually not there, its all on the brink of expiration. Gotta Love Ralphs

Employees are very very nice and helpful. They dont point you in the direction of the.mdse. They escort you there or they.will ask what are you looking for.and.go check and see if it is in stock come.back and let you know.Now thats great customer service.

This store is in a good location. Its bakery and seafood are great, along with its selection of wines and beer. The only problem is checking out. It gets slow.

Not ONCE have I returned from Ralphs to find all my groceries fresh. So sick of returning expired and even non expired turned food. The staff is great but management is so greedy they wont empty the shelves of clearly bad products. Does General Mills EVER sell food that is still edible? No. They dont.

They had Carmel Cake and Carrot Cake slices as well as Home Pride Wheat Bread!Surprising how many grocery stores dont carry those items.

I had never gone to this Ralphs before and went yesterday to pick up a cake for my son who was graduating, I didnt think I could find a graduation cake since it was July 31st, the bakery clerk came immediately, which impressed me so much, I usually go to the Ralphs in Hawthorne and have to wait awhile to have someone show up to help and Lisa the clerk found some graduation decorations for my cake, I was real happy and highly satisfied, she was so pleasant, will definitely go back

Shop at both the Gardena and Redondo Beach stores once or twice a week. The staff is friendly and helpful and always seem happy both in their nature and to help. I also greatly enjoy the music. The produce is fresh and deep the meat department is well-stocked and always has it an excellent sale on something. In addition, importantly to me, you stock linguisa sausage. My father was Portuguese and this was a staple in our home growing up. Its a joy to find its at my local market. In addition, for me your locations are extremely close to bus stops which is very helpful. Keep up the good work.

Your standard Ralphs although maybe a nicer looking one than most. Has self checkout and recently, the only place that had all four Lays flavor challenge chips -- a nice bonus for those interested in that sort of thing, like me.

Went thru the self service check out stand.. purchased the products.. went to pick up the bag I purchased for a 10 cents as I was picking up the bag the checker named Ron ... asked me for a receipt.. I asked him why.. he said its store policy that the checker is supposed to give the bag to the customer.. I noticed when I first got into the line there wasnt a checker at the computer.. this Ralphs in Gardena is a joke..

I love Ralphs & this Ralphs is open late, until 1 am. I like shopping late & avoiding the crowds. However the aisles are small and the selection isnt as good as my regular location on Hawthorne Blvd & 182nd St.

This location insists that you cant wear a backpack in the store unless you leave it at the front desk... If I wanted it to get stolen, I would have just left it in my car! I guess Ill have to shop somewhere else.
