THEY HAVE EVERYTHING!Ok listen up, Im a wedding planner and one time I had a client ask me to find them a mandap (a big 4-pole 10ft tall ceremony structure) but they didnt want the 2 poles in the front. Yikes! Structurally I had no idea how this could work. But I called up David from La Pinata Rentals and he immediately replied with: CHALLENGE ACCEPTED! Thank goodness because he not only made this structure but it looked really cool!La Pinata is now our go-to rental company and they are even traveling out to Moab, Utah for one of our clients glamping weddings. They are constantly updating their rentals to make sure they are on trend and of good quality. As planners, its important that our rental company has our back and La Pinata team always does, thanks guys!!
A hidden gem, this place has all the products needed for any celebration you have going on. David always helps me..very professional and reliable. 5 star service!
La Piñata Party Rentals was wonderful to work with! My couple hired them for their Malibu wedding and they were very professional and great to work with! We had a very tight timeframe and they were so flexible with working with us to make sure we had everything we needed. They were on time on wedding day and flawlessly set up everything and at the end of the night picked all the rentals up and were done so quickly! The whole team did an amazing job! As a wedding planner I work with a lot of rental companies and I would love to work with them again!
Brian Santiago HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! DO NOT HO HERE!!!!
Ive had the pleasure to work with David several times for events of all different sizes. David and his team are always a pleasure to work with. They have a large selection of rentals and are always adding new and trending items. They even custom built an entire wedding ceremony stage. If youre considering using La Pinata, I can recommend them without hesitation. Professional, excellent communication, and so easy to work with.
Where to begin? The LPPR team is incredibly accommodating. I have had several clients who want to see their rentals before making final decisions so we always schedule appointments to go to the showroom. At the showroom, David and his team are always ready to answer questions or pull items for us. I had one client who had to go without me and came out feeling so great about her decisions and felt incredibly informed of her options. I also felt comfortable letting her go without me knowing she would be well taken care of. On the day of event or even a week leading up to it, the LPPR team is ready for last minute changes and always willing to go the extra mile. So happy to work with this group of people!
Really enjoy working with David!!!
Just thought folks should know a little bit about La Pinata Party Rentals. About 5 months ago, a La Pinata party truck, while attempting to park in our neighborhood (I presume) backed into my car. My car was being driven by my wife and carried our baby, who was 5 months old at the time.Despite the driver apologizing for the accident, a La Pinata manager rushed to the scene, as did I. He asked what happened, it was explained to him by his driver then my wife and he baffled everyone and said, So its he said, she said. Huh? I mean technically its he said, she said since he said what happened and then she echoed it. The driver backed into her, a witness stopped to to collaborate and this young manager took the event in a new direction. Confusing the situation more, he suggested that they could pay for the accident in cash and what did I think it would cost. I had no idea, but I can tell you in hindsight the damage was over $5000. Not pocket change and certainly not an estimate I could make on the fly. I said, No, I think we should let the insurance companies handle this. He said something to the effect of Ok, thats your choice.I wont bore you with the process of getting the car fixed, but suffice to say, my insurance company handled the immediate cost and repairs, except for the deductible which came out of my pocket. Well, despite calls from La Pinatas own insurance company, my insurance company and finally me, the refuse to give their insurance company a statement. To this day, I get updates from La Pinatas insurance company that La Pinata has not complied and they cannot close the case and issue payment. I assume my insurance company will eventually go after them more aggressively. Until they do, Im out $1000 deductible for an accident where the fault was crystal clear. But the point here is about accountability and general good will towards the people around you. And just so Im clear, Ive tried repeatedly to get them on the phone, as has their own insurance company who also finds them at fault. Nothing. It boggles the mind that a company in the service business, could behave with such disregard for its neighbors and potential customers (remember the baby?), well, they have and they do. I just thought folks should know, if you have a choice, maybe take your business elsewhere. La Pinata is bad news.
Fantastic rental house with outstanding customer service. Huge variety! Everything you need for your wedding or event!
Have been to them since my daughter 1 st BD then my son every year and we love them
We hired La Piñata Party for our wedding day furniture rentals and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service. We visited the store showroom in El Segundo a couple of months before the day and the guys there helped us to decide on the right furniture – chairs, tables, linens and lighting - for our needs. Ordering couldn’t have been easier, and arranging the same day drop-off and pickup was also really simple. The furniture on the day was perfect: very reasonably priced but looked beautiful. But the moment we really knew we’d made the right decision came the evening before the wedding when we realised we’d forgotten to provide any kind of shade for our (outdoors, in Hollywood, in July) wedding reception. One frantic phonecall to La Piñata later and they happily added in enough umbrellas and umbrella stands (which also looked super nice!) to our order to keep our dinner tables (and dinners (and guests!)) in the shade. Big props to the after hours manager on that one.And that’s the story of how La Piñata Party literally saved our skins.
They attend quickly
