Worst experience! & I will not return to them for service.. Not only were they 2 hrs late, the lady who handles the phone calls/contracts did not show any remorse or care towards my concerns. She was quick to say Ill give you your Money back thats no problem, but thats not what I wanted because there was no way possible for me to get a Jumper last minute elsewhere!..In my contract it says NOTHING about setting up the Jumper in certain weathers. The morning they were supposed to come, they never showed up the time they were scheduled to, I never received a phone call as to why or whats going on? I had to call them myself just for her to say Oh they are running late and will show up in 20 minutes. 20 minutes passed and still a NO SHOW! I call back and then she claims her workers will not deliver in rain (Mind you! It was drizzling, but NOT RAINING!!) And like I said, none of that was mentioned in the contract ANYWAYS!! So not only did she lie, she didnt keep her word, she was very unprofessional when I called and expressed how I was feeling, and then had the nerve to put me on hold, while she sits in her office with another customer and talk bad about My situation!! She didnt offer a discount for the inconvenience! The workers came with no masks on! Very inconsiderate! And definitely doesnt Care about CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never ever rely on them again and I will make sure to let as many people know so they dont have to go through the same Stress & Poor Service on a special day.

Price are reasonable, they also deliver on time.
