My experience at this store was excellent all around. I had a big problem with the insurance on my phone (very complicated, but essentially it was void) so the staff helped me out in a different manner. they resolved my issue when the customer support line couldnt. they took care of me. I highly recommend all the staff here, as they were fun, courteous, authentic people.

Bought a new I11promax here about 5 weeks ago from the owners son, was told when it was all said and done it would cost me roughly $16 more per month. When I got my first bill, it was $44 higher, so I called the store, and left a message. The owner, Maurice called me back shortly after and took my info down, and said he would get back with me within an hour. Here it is a week later, and I never got a call back, guess I am just stuck paying more than I was told.

I go to the Verizon Store in Gardner all the time. I personally appreciate the knowledge of the Staff and the openness of them to assist in any way they can. Keep up the good work and have a “Very Merry Christmas” and “Happy New Year”!

Great help, no pressure

Was greeted at the door as it was opened for me. And opened again for me on my departure.

Arrived at this location with a customer ahead of me already being helped. There was only one Verizon employee working. The Verizon employee DID NOT acknowledge that I walked in the door or state that hed be with me as soon as possible. I waited for an hour to be helped. Other customers came in and were not greeted and eventually left. I was very irritated by his lack of customer service. Once the other customer left the Verizon employee resolved my issue in less than 10 minutes but I did make a point to verbalize my frustration that he did not greet me nor state hed help me as soon as possible.

Swapped a phone number over and purchased a new iPhone on a promotion on 12/31/18 and was to receive a specified credit for the trade in ($300). Today is July 15, 2019, and the trade in phone has not been returned to Verizon by the store and still no credit. Same reply every time we check on it...and no way to escalate it. Go to Olathe, save yourself some headache.Gave 1 star because there is no way to give lower.

Extremely helpful, and knowledgeable! Worked with me for half the day just figuring out what I wanted and string things up.

Recently made a purchase at this store froma sales clerk by the name of Alex G. I wasnt satisfied with the amount that I spent for the sim card and screen protector for my Galaxy S6 so, I came home and looked elsewhere. I found a simple full phone projective cover and a sim card through Walmart. The next day, I called to let them know I would be returning the items because I found them for a lower price elsewhere. I received a very snooty attitude from the same guy that sold me the products, insisting that the products I found may not work and may not have a warranty. He further presumed to tell me that if my products dont work Ill need to go elsewhere to make my purchases because he wasnt going to make the same sale over again. Went I arrived at the store, I waited until the return was processed and let him know that I didnt appreciate the way he spoke to me over the phone and also acknowledging that I may purchase anything rather by him or a different salesperson. His response was, It is what it is. While speaking to him, he interrupted me repeatedly with the same response. He then told me that I didnt handle myself professionally over the phone, told me that they can refuse my service, and wished me a good day. This is by far the worse service Ive ever gotten. Verizon either need to take their name off of that store or reprimand their sales people for being unprofessional.

Purchased a phone, tablet and hot spot in July 2015. Returned all but the tablet 9 days later since the service wouldnt work where I needed it to. Every month since, I spend an hour on the phone trying to get them to issue a $728 credit. Verizon blames the Store Mgr, he claims that he did process the return. I suspect that store is to blame, but I am the one receiving Collection agency calls and letters. Decided to write this review while I wait on hold with them on the January 2016 phone call.

Have tried coming to this location multiple times and can’t ever be helped because there are 6 people waiting for help. There isn’t ever more than a single person working the store and there is no sense of urgency or customer service whatsoever.

I like actual verizon stores more.
