Phone never works. Was never told we couldn’t pay our phones off or that we can’t cancel because we are in a 36 week agreement. They never told us anything about this before we signed up and now my family and I are screwed because our phones never work and each months payment is always different and are charging us for stuff we didn’t know about. Do not switch to atnt if you want a working phone. We have to pay a lot of money for phones that do not even work. Was the worst decision I’ve ever made.
My wife and I went in to change providers from Verizon and to get myself a new phone. Jay and John couldnt have been more helpful. I figured wed be there for at least a 2 or 3 hours, transferring data, moving phone numbers etc. Jay had us out of there in an hour with little stress or confusion. As long as you show up with all the information youll need, these guys will have you in and out. Very impressed and grateful!
Visited on October 3rd 2021. Employee wasnt interested in helping us. Lied about a trade in option and blew me off when I asked questions. He set our phone order up to the wrong line. This store has repeatedly disappointed with its rude staff and sketchy behavior. It took over an hour online to fix everything.
Amazing customer service. I admit I got a little snippy yesterday during my confusion trying to figure out my problem. But I was spoken to with respect and appreciated all the great help I received! Jay was amazing! The whole experience start to finish was incredible! Couldn’t be happier with the service and general interactions with all the staff at this location! Would highly recommend if you need a phone or anything else you go see them at the Gardner AT&T store!!

Went there with cracked screen wanting new phone, got told it was under warranty and to go home and call the warranty dept. who told me that cracked screens are not covered and if I paid a non-compliance fee of $1000 they would send me a replacement phone. NO DEAL NO SALE!!. Find another sucker to scam, would have both new phone at store but they couldnt be bothered by an elderly customer looking for help.

I worked with the store manager! He was awesome and the whole store was packed and each employee made sure everyone organized their time to help each customer super quick even though they were outnumbered. I got all my questions answered and exactly what I went in for without stress.

Went to store in Leominster on Wednesday at about 1 left about 2. One employee there. She said manager was supposed to be there at 12. Two people waiting after me the whole time. Went to store in Gardener on Saturday at 3. One employee with 3 people in front of me. Call AT@T to set up new phone. too hard to do so I was transferred around looking for someone to help. Hung up.

We came to At&T today to get a new phoneand Jose Rivera assisted us with such gracious and thoughtfulness that we wanted to commend him! He not only helped with our phone but also our TV service. We are currently with Spectrum and being on a set income we are finding our service costs to be outrageous. Jose is helping us to transfer our monthly service to you. This we will share with our friends and neighbors.

Went in to trade up my phone and met with Tony. He was great! He made sure all my info was transferred over and made sure the phone was up to date. Great service!
Was told by employees here I needed to go to another store because a manager was needed for my phone issue. Drove 30 minutes to the store they suggested just to find out no manager was even needed to fix my issue so I wasted time driving out there but at least I got great service from knowledgeable employees at the Whitney field store.

Derek was so awesome in helping me set up my new phone. After being hosed at Walmart, I went to the ATT store to find out if a phone I purchased, had the ability to transfer my old phones data. Derek took the time to not only find out, but downloaded all my old info onto my new phone, no charge! I will Never inquire the kiosk @ Walmart again. Sorry to the dude that I didnt give a commission to. Go straight to the source. Thank you Derek, Im loving my new phone!

None of the people here know what there doing. They had a deal where you give them your iPhone 6 or newer and then you get the 7 of 7 plus for free. They get there shipment in and then the deal is over I dont know why they started a deal because they never had a shipment in in the first place

Broke my sim card, forced me to pay for another one, didnt even offer a free one. Their server was down and had to be rebooted a few times. We were there for hours trying to fix something they had screwed up on the phone. Staff did not seem very knowledge and had to call the att help line to set up the phone.

Came in on a Sunday.. Waited a really long time.. About an hour.... because they only had one worker and a complicated customer before me.
Im not a fan I got a phone from them and I was told 60 a month plus ten bucks for my phone so 70 dollars and my bill has been over 150 a month and when u call and ask them about it they tell u its all finds and fees and any other thing they can get u with
