Was followed relentlessly throughout the store. Kept being asked what I was looking for and kept replying with the same answer that I wasn’t sure and that I was just browsing at the moment, but that did not stop the store owner from following me around. It made me very uncomfortable. Maybe because I mostly carry a briefcase instead of a purse because of my profession so I had only my card in my hand so maybe she thought because I didn’t have my purse on me I was going to steal.? Maybe because I’m clack but who knows. I had on my court outfit and heels so I don’t think I was giving the expression that I was trying to steal. Needless to say I purchased my items and never returned

Affordable prices clean store helpful and friendly workers

First time coming here, my daughter need it some accessories for her wig. I am amazed of how many things fit it in this small store. I do like of all the small accessories it has. Endless variety of wigs, hair accessories, nail accessories, foot accessories, and just random clothing stuff and jewelry. Because of so many things, do expect to walk through narrow small aisles.

I was told i cannot touch the wigs Due to Covid. 1) Covid is said to be Spread respiratory2). No signs stated this3). Most have been Vaccinated4). I had a mask onMost places are open again and operating as normal business.I believe I was discriminated against BC in a beauty supply store customers pick up products to read it, touch and feel.If this was a real Covid protection there should be signs posted. Also everything should be wrapped with plastic covering.

Bought a bright red and the color was so old it was brown/orange and the lady refused to let me exchange or get my money back she was beyond rude and ignored me while looking down

This lady (probably the owner) use to be super nice and friendly which I loved... Not so much anymore. They really don’t have a big selection anyway so I’ll take my business elsewhere

Went in to get a nose piercing. tried to use a piercing gun, & they barley sanitized my nose. good thing i left before any piercing actually happened. no wonder it was gonna be only 6 dollars. the lady smelled like chicken, overall a great experience.

I just recently moved to Garland, and had a hard time finding a good beauty shop with an extensive eyelash collection to choose from. I FINALLY found this place. The first time I went in, everyone was so sweet, so kind. My next visit, and the one after that have been horrible. Whomever the woman is that is at the register, maybe the owner? Is just not very nice. Shell help, but shes too busy watching everyone that walks in. I find this extremely racist, rude and down right offensive. Im not going to point which race she pays attention to more, but I will never go back to this place. If you dont want people stealing, then declutter your hoarded business. Get some cameras. Its 2018 if you werent aware ....

Very poor customer service! When I walked I was not greeted, stood there looking for a wig, the young lady did not ask if she could help me, she just kept doing what she was doing. I asked if I could try on a wig and of course you have to pay a dollar for a wig cap, needless to say I walked out because I refuse to give my money to people who lack the ability to give adequate customer service

Got my ear pierced and a day later it got infected! The lady didnt even give me directions on how long i should leave the piercing on nd how to prevent an infection & while she pierced my ear she did not use any gloves nor did she sanitized her hands and ended up putting the earing too tight to my ear not leavung room for it to heal that is why i got an infection. Very poor proffesionslist you shouldnt get any piercings done here chances are for you to get an infection!

The owner of the store is rude and unhelpful, I dont think she has a license for piercings since she refused to show it. she is very shady and unprofessional. Id go to a different location.
