My experience at this place was absolutely and unequivocally awesome. I had a problem with my charging port on my laptop. I took it to a man in Rowlett off of Rowlett Rd first. Let me just say that man had a serious problem about people wearing masks. I left and went to GVA electronics. These guys are entirely awesome. No question about it. The guy who had the long hair was v/knowledgeable and I believe that the man w/the short hair was v/helpful. If you are a person who wears face masks, this is a great place. They are v/clean and hygienic.

I think its one of the best repair shops out there. Very honest. And a variety of a lot of cool stuff. Pretty much find anything your looking for. The clerk that handled my laptop. Is always very sweet and attentive .this was my second repair they ve done for me. I would reccommend this place for sure.

Ive been to this place twice in the last 10 years and have been satisfied with their service fully. They can fix anything! They also will take the item and if they cant fix it, they will not charge you anything. Highly recommend this place.

Do not go here. I took my laptop to get the camera fixed. Well, they fixed the camera but they also changed my whole program and changed different parts to my computer without my consent. When I left my laptop, they said that my laptop was damaged and different parts of the keyboard was damaged. That was a lie!! When I left my computer, it was in perfect conditions. Nothing wrong with it, except for the camera. They will do other things to your computer without asking and then they will give you excuses.

This is the best computer store for service and buying used computers...phones and accessories. The service and prices are great and you deal directly with the owner not the company. I shop here whenever i have computer needs.

Gregorio Jose Velez, the owner, and his son Jose Jr are the worst people to make business with. I worked for them for 5 years straight and only payed me once. I am the own who helped build up the cellphone repair and sales business. They used me and eat all the money for them self. Trust me they don’t care about any of you or your devices. They just desperately need your money. Anybody who’s been coming here for years knows I was the one who will be in the back fixing your cellphones. Yeah never got payed haha what a joke of a business.

I have gone to this place for years and you would think that they would appreciate me and everyone else Ive sent there over the years but that is not the case I took my computer to them three different times and paid three different times for them to unlock it the fourth time I took it and at this point there has to be something wrong I should not have to keep paying for the same service in less then four months and in stead of saying let me check it out he want to charge me again I will never go back there I will find some were that appreciate my business. .... BAD BUSINESS

Just like your everyday electronic store. There are quite good deals here. Laptops, desktops, phones, cellular services and other things. They usually loan you a phone when fixing your damaged one. The lighting is alright. Good security on their part. Check it out, Im sure youll find it acceptable.

They fixed my computer and added Ram to another in less than a day. Very happy I came here and would recommend this place for technical support and issues

Stoped by to get my iphone 6s plus screen repair my phone was working just fine before that. After they did the repairs my phone stopped working. Dont know what they did to it and the work done in it was bad 👎🏻

Very bad service, the boy who is there does not answer kindly, I asked him how much the least for a phone and he answered that he had a lot to do with a very ugly tone, I was going to buy the phone but the way he answered me I did not like it .Very Bad service, the teenager guy was very rude, asked him what was the lowest for a phone and he inturrupted me and said he had many things to do to be answering my dumb questions, I was a serious buyer as well, almost purchased the phone but since of the poor customer service I received I changed my mind. Please dont go there

I hate this place because when doing the service to fix a keyboard for a laptop, when they did not, they gave me the equipment without working, they only returned it to me but without the keyboard and now without being able to turn it on, they did not respect me, even if I recommended this time ago. place now I regret that dont go
