Cant stand coming to this one. The guy, manager or whoever he is, customer service sucks. Rude and clearly doesnt want to be there. Ill gladly spend my 150$ per visit to thr other locations. He knows nothing. I asked which setting powder, he said it does nothing. I said I want a certain mascara, he had no knowledge. I call the other store standing right there and they educate me on it and I learn its been discontinued. He truly without a doubt sucks. And his nasty attitude spilled to other staff and it was evident. Waste of 40 minutes wait. And Ill never return to this location.
Highly recommend. See Mr. George Tagle - He will make your day - or year for that matter! I typically always wore a natural face and actually quite despise makeup and have wasted much time and money the few times I dabbled with it in the last few decades, until I went to the Mac store in Dillards at Firewheel and met George. Friendly; great overall personality. You want him as your friend by the time you leave. Thanks George for giving me some glam in my otherwise non glam life. Your tips, tricks, and recommendations have been INCREDIBLE - I actually love my eyebrows now best - when I hated them before - and my skin looks stellar - even after a day at the beach or a day in 100 degree heat!
I always go to Natali she is always there and will always help me find exactly what I need. Love this mac counter Natali & George thank you.
Very accommodating staff.
Beautiful make up
Always love MAC. Great service, provided lots of assistance. Great quality products.
I cannot even begin to explain how disrespected I feel after leaving the store. In a attempt to make a long story short, I visited this Mac and the liptensity line was recommended to me by one of the Mac artist there that I have worked with in the past. I go browse and find the lipsticks that i like. So, at this point, I have 5 lipsticks that have been disinfected and I am trying them on in the mirror, minding my own business. Then the red headed makeup artist comes up to me and asks to take the lipstick that was in my hand so that she could put On A customer that she was working with. When I say that this lipstick was in my hand, I mean that I was in the process of swiping it on my lips when she came over to confiscate it from me.I was literally speechless that she took the lipstick that I was trying on and proceeded to put it on another customer. As if Im not important? As if my money doesnt spend the way everyone elses does. Not to mention, she and her customer were both white, meanwhile Im black but Im not even gonna go there!I have never felt so blatantly disrespected. The crazy thing is, I actually liked that color + another one from the liptensity line that i wanted to purchase. But I refuse to buy from this counter. At $21.00 per lipstick, plus tax, Im going to have to be treated way better than the piss poor customer service that was given to me. Last time I was in there, I bought foundation, powder and a lipstick and each time I visit, I always buy something. In return, I get things snatched from me while Im trying them on? Oh ok gotcha! #AllCustomersMatter. Or do they?
They have candy yum and everyone else is sold out. ! Yayyyy lol
Priscilla was ver professional and nice my makeup was great
