Pharmacy decided starting today to do new hours, closing 2 hours early, at 7pm, when most people are still trying to get home from work and finish errands. Didnt change their phone message or anything but a small piece of paper in the front window and one at the register. They didnt fill my prescriptions until nearly 6:30 and by the time I got there, thinking I had until 9pm, it was 7:15, they were closed, and so I now cant start my antibiotics for another day.

This place is so ridiculous. Why aren’t companies training people right anymore? Today I had to take in a FedEX and was given this location to drop off. It said on my email I didn’t need to print anything, they would do it all at the Walgreens location, so kids in tow, I go. Off the bat, was told I needed to have the label on it, and given excuses. Below is the email I was sent regarding my package. Destiny the manager was called and she told me she couldn’t log on the site but was more than happy to send me to another location. Why do companies get on as a third party?Below is the email instructing me about the package, which employees should be trained or shown how to do this.But even before this, I ordered online, and everything I ordered was in stock. When it was close to pick up, the whole order was canceled. It’s so frustrating anymore dealing with these companies. I never order online from Walgreens anymore.

It was my second time to visit this store. The old lady name Carole worked again this morning. I need some more vitamins/ medicine and they have a good deals / mark downs going on, so I came back. She treated me even worse than last time. I heard her greet and talk normally to everybody else who entered to the store and when they check out, but NOT me ( because I am Asian!!!) She looked at me strangely, checked me out, saying nothing to me, just wait for me to finish the transaction and get rid of me.

Had appointment at 9 am pharmacy didnt ipen till 905 am here too get shingles vaccine still waiting.Update 8-24-2021 came back for second shot my appointment was at 9 am its now 930 STILL WAITING THIS IS RIDICULOUS THEY DIDNT EVEN OPEN UP PHARMACY TILL 905 AMI SCHEDULED MY Appointment yesterday for 0 am

Bought hair clippers here. Opened them up to see everything already used WITH HAIR ON IT.

Visited October 15th in the morning seemed like their was only one woman working the pharmacy went through the drive thru she didnt seem very friendly. She didnt tell me anything about my prescription and she set my light bag of medicine on the tray didnt bother to use the thing to pin it down the wind blew it away had to jump out of my car and grab it quick. She tells me your card is in there and walks away and doesnt come back and she didnt even apologize.

I have attempted to pick up a simple rx for 3 consecutive days at various times in this drive thru. Im not sure if something changed, someone took vacation or has left their position without a replacement, but NONE of these attempts have ended in success. As a matter of fact, just now, I waited behind a car for 10 minutes only to finally reach the golden window to find the lights turned off inside and a sign stuck to the glass saying no pharmacist on site and no prescriptions may be dropped off or picked up . HA! What a perfect way to spend a lunch hour! Guess Ill be shopping for a new pharmacy later today!

I order 150 christmas card they old came with a really bad quality printing, i had to return them and get my money back.they need to update the printers, bad quality.

Christina is hands down the best employee! The western union kiosk wasnt operating properly, so she went above and beyond to contact western union for a gentleman. Then when that didnt work she decided to troubleshoot and reboot her computer. She had the western union kiosk up and running without breaking a sweat or losing her cool. Christina is by far the MOST professional employee I have encountered at a Walgreens in a very long time. Thanks!

I love all the cashiers on the morning and night shifts. They are nice and since this is the closest store to my house I have build a relationship with the cashiers. I have picked up a prescription from here once and I was very displeased with the manager of the pharmacy department. That particular women was rude while explaining procedures to me kind of like I was stupid. I will not be sending my prescriptions here anymore although I still will be shopping there for other things.

I’m very upset about the way I was treated over a Tide coupon in your app. The coupon says $4 off two but the manager at the LAVON rd store in Garland TX wouldn’t honor it. She gave me so many excuses why and then accused me of using the coupon before today. She only honored half of the coupon and when the system gave me a register reward she tried to confiscate it. She finally gave it to me and then wouldn’t let me use it on another detergent. I’m livid and I feel I was treated like a criminal. This feels racially motivated.

I love Walgreens. This one in particular, not my favorite. They dont have as much to choose from as the one on Broadway. Its not a bad Walgreens, but it tends to annoy me. Its only open til midnight. The seasonal aisles arent very organized, stuff always seems to be all over the place. Also, the Redbox is inside... Thats super annoying. Usually only one cashier open. My husband needed to make an exchange, did so with no problems. Customer service is not lacking, its just not my favorite location. Cant comment on the pharmacy, I never come here for that.

Sue is the absolute best! She makes this location so special and Walgreens is very lucky to have her! She does all she can for her customers and the world needs more people like her.

Way too often prescriptions arent ready when they say they will be. Again today, the young woman said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I came back an hour later and was told it would be 15 minutes. This has happened to on several occasions. I hope my insurance will move back to CVS.
