The people here dont care about there customers anymore like they used to. When you ask them to pick out good wood pickets, they just give you whatever they want to give you. Then you have to go through them before you leave and pick out the bad ones and ask them to bring you some good boards, not broken boards. If you leave and try to come back with anymore broken or cracked boards to exchange. They will tell you : Im sorry we cant exchange them. Once we leave, you cant bring them back and thats sad.
Awful customer service. The two gentleman that are working the front two desks are horrendously rude. I asked after 15 mins of standing there without even being acknowledged if anyone was supposed to be working the front desk. And was told “Sit there and wait for someone, or leave”I replied that it was simply a question and was told by the older man that “it would probably be best if you just leave”
I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years. Hopefully now that it is master halco Ill get the same quality service.

They do not accept exchanges for the bad products they sell. Was told to bring the bad pickets up and they would see what they could do, when I got there I was told they could not help me. What a waste of time. 15% of the pickets I bought were unusable, that is $150 worth of bad product. After looking into things I could have purchased the pickets for cheaper at Home Depot and got a refund or exchange. Save yourself the money and buy at Home Depot or Lowes, their quality is the same with better prices, better customer service, and more options to exchange/return. Never again.

Very very rude employees who answer the phone. Called the first time and the person who answered sounded so annoyed in answering my questions. Second time I call the guy condescendingly tells me they dont sell to the public. Why dont you ask if I have a business first nicer before assuming Im just a consumer. I do have a business and now I will NEVER do business with this company no matter their prices. Cust service is becoming extinct and people like this are ruining the images of companies.
Worse customer service ever, I called them to ask what time they close. They said 4:30pm every day. So I get there at 4:28 pm and some old guy was coming out saying we are closed. Im like its 4:28pm, so I still went inside since I only needed carbide blades and another guy says its closed Im like its barley 4:30 and I called . He answered in a rude way. Sorry we closed if you want come tomorrow. If you say that you close at 4:30 then respect the freaking time. Other wise just say we close when we want too.
