This store was phenomenal. I was in town for a wedding and wanted to pick up a cowgirl hat to bring back for my girlfriend. I had gone to 3 stores prior to finding Dallas Hats but none rivaled their inventory. More specifically, the exact hat I was searching for was not present, BUT, the staff made alterations to a similar model to satisfy my search.Genuinely satisfied, genuinely impressed.

Shopping for my first Texan hat was a wonderful experience at Dallas Hats. The customer service is wonderful here! The store has two show rooms and all the hats you can imagine. I traveled to Europe wearing this hat and I have received so many compliments.I will definitely return and will take my guests here to get their souvenir hat. They sell high quality hats for great price and they are very kind with their customers. I give 5 stars!

Walked in to buy a hat and they were great! Just looks like their warehouse from the outside but they do have a little retail/showroom inside! A lot of options and a lot of sizes! Very friendly and helpful!

This place is awesome. It’s very personable and the people working are always so kind. They have a wide variety of hat wear and accessories for hats they are definitely up to date. They re-serviced my hat after a few dusty rides and it looked brand new.

Came in from out for a repair of a hat that I bought elsewhere with their name on it. They repaired it very nicely even though it wasn’t theirs. I ended up walking out with four extra hats that’s how much I love them and their customer service.

Great shop! Alittle hidden off the main road but lots of styles and very friendly service. They even show you how to restyle your hat at home if you want to change your look!

I was looking for a straw cowboy hat for my wife whos a country line dancer in France, and Ive been visiting several stores, and couldnt find any good hats. When I went to Dallas hats, I finally found ZE PLACE TO GO!! The team was so helpfull and gave me a lot of advices, how to wear it, how to transport it, how to adjust it to her head... So nice to meet people who like what they do! And instead of one hat, I bought 3 really nice straw cowboy hats!!!
