Everything is handmade, in fact during production every hat gets touched by over 90 people locally in their Garland TEXAS location.Amazing process, amazing attention to detail those folks have, so much more goes into making a hat; I never knew.Thank you Kathy!!

Bought a Justin Denison straw hat from them the first time, perfect. Bought another one after that, followed by 3 more on one order. One hat came first, my 9th old nieces could have mee a better job shaping it. The other 3rd arrived just now, one cracked during shaping, badly shaped too, the second hat badly shaped and the third hat could be better. Bullhide hats are far better. No quality control there whatsoever...had shaper needs to be shot

The hat i had purchased in tulsa,oklahoma from canvenders fell a part within a month of normal wear.Then again the hat had actually been made in sri lanka. But has the Millano hat co. name on it.

Ordered a Larry Mahan hat for my husband, slightly used, it did not fit him, was 2 sizes too small. Seems to me this is false advertising! Not good advertising for your company!

I ordered a Larry mahan hat through another company since you cant order directly from Milano hat company and its taken a year and still havent received my order yet they keep sending the wrong hat and Im still waiting
