I made an order over a month ago, no response to order emails, called the company to talk to a person and was sent to a voicemail… seriously??? I spent my hard earned money with this company and what do i get in return?? Ripped off. I DO NOT recommend them, and i never will. Never had this much trouble trying to get a product that i paid for. I want a refund.

Lovely staff! I went in to have my hat trimmed and reshaped. The woman who helped me did a beautiful job and even gave me a couple feathers to put in my band. Super fast and their selection of hats was the best I have seen from any store. If you’re in the city in need of a hat, chances are they will have one for you.

I was yelled and and talked over by the CSR who refused to help me or transfer me to someone who might be able to. She said they dont keep track of who they sell to....
