Been coming to this establishment since early 2000s. Always friendly and willing to help as much as possible. Even after not visiting for over 10 years, service was nice friendly and prompt.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful with our needs. My husband and I have been coming here for years. The prices on most of their medical items are fair but they have better quality than Walmart and other stores. If they do not have an item in their store they will look it up and order it for you.

I have been a customer of AFR for at least 11 years. I shopped there for needs for my Mom, and now for me. They are very kind and helpful and take their time to make sure that you are taken care of. Cindy and Jordan were the two that helped with a repair to my wheelchair most recently. I highly recommend AFR for any medical needs that you may have.

The staff at Aids for Recovery were very helpful and kind. The ladies communicated very well with me. They were helpful and guided me to the right resources. The gentleman was also very nice about loading items into my car. I could not have asked for better customer service. This company is such a hidden treasure.

My husband discharged from hospital yesterday. Today we discovered that he was unable to get up from the toilet!!!!! I needed help quickly! The staff at Aids for Recovery in Garland were so helpful with this problem. Not only did they have what I needed in stock they delivered the same day!!! I will be forever grateful to these angels. I give them a 5 star rating!!!

Wonderful business; great employees that will help in anyway they can. Needed a wheel for my moms wheelchair that we found out was discontinued. Ricky worked hard and went well out of his way calling everywhere to track down one of the few that are left. Kept us in the loop during the whole process. This store will always be my go-to choice.

My doctor sent me in for an ankle gel sprint for a sprain or tendinitis. The sales girls were warm and inviting and very helpful. They suggested an ankle boot instead because it would be more comfortable and supportive. It was the first time in 3 days I had a heck of a lot less pain in my ankle PLUS I saved more than $20.00! Good job girls and THANK YOU! P.S. my room mate recommended you because your business took care of her Fathers and Boyfriends medical needs, (may they both rest in peace).

Great Customer Service

Sunil is the best. They work with you. Can actually discuss which products work for each type of individual. They dont try to just sell you something. They do repairs I can go on and on.

I am appalled with this place. My mother went in trying to get a bath chair and they would not even attempt to help her. She may have a bit of a language barrier but we will not be dealing with these people anymore.Plus the prices are ridiculous. Found a place just 10 minutes up LBJ with way better prices
