By far this was the WORST delivery and customer service we have EVER experienced. First the driver stated she couldn’t deliver the package bc we let a big dog out and it chased her down. We never did such thing…..my husband and I were at work and our dog was locked up inside the house. I ended up talking to six different employees on the phone (including the manager) for the next 48 hours trying to find our package (which was a VERY important medication my son has to take.) They were less than helpful, rude, and lazy. They told me they would never deliver to our house again bc of the dog (which 1) wasn’t our dog 2) after reading reviews and talking to others I am believing the dog story was a lie.) Even had one employee tell me on the phone the next day that our package wasn’t delivered bc of bad weather (sunny and 85 that day.) Can’t even get their story straight. THEN, my son’s specialty pharmacy that sends his meds calls me and states that FedEx told them I refused the delivery…..WOW!!! I ended up having to drive 45 minutes to the facility to pick up my kids important meds bc THEY failed to do their job! FOUR people standing in line with me at the facility said the same thing happened to them (ie…driver says it is undeliverable when in reality it seems they don’t even try.) The ONLY positive about this experience was I at least had some nice ladies help find my package at the counter last night. This is beyond ridiculous and something has got to give. I know the world is short staffed everywhere you turn, but come on FedEx….do better!!

FedEx delivery person said package not deliverable, no one home. That is a lie we waited for the truck that never came. Paid for overnight Saturday delivery. Drivers should be held accountable by management for special deliveries. BIG SHINNING 5 STARS TO CLIFFORD WHO HELPED US GET OUR PACKAGE. FedEx should hunt this man down and give him a sizeable raise, he appears to be the only customer service employee at this location.

Hands down, worst logistics services center I EVER had to deal with. They NEVER and I mean almost NEVER get my packages on time. They usually either miss adding it to the delivery truck, or they are too lazy to do so and they end up shelving it for next day. My packages spend less than a day moving all around the country, and whenever they receive it, it takes them 2+ days to ship it out for delivery. And that is using 2 Day Ground Shipping. They send me appliances that are broken into pieces as well many times before. I would recommend spend the little extra money and get your package through UPS or USPS if you want to get your packages on time and in one piece.

Always the number 1 location when dropping off important loan documents for clients. Staff is always eager to assist and make packets go out fast and with care....plus they have candy for their customers! Woooohoooooo definitely a plus in our books!

Stays open later than any other location or shipping company in my area to send packages that are not previously prepared with printed labels for you to get them sent out and although the closing time does rival to the time that the main UPS hub closes it is not only closer to me, but it does cost me less to ship that same exact item with FedEx than it does me to ship it with UPS and I send the same thing to Oklahoma every month and it also doesnt take as long to get there either 😊

After this hot and horrible day, Babette and Mary came to the rescue! Customer service told me my package could be picked up WITHOUT contacting this location to gain confirmation... I get here and received stellar customer service from these ladies. My package couldnt be found. After several hours of running around in the heat, I get a call from Babette who had found my package and even waited for me AFTER she was closed for the day! Thank you both for the excellent customer service and I hope your superior sees this review!

I have NEVER had a packaged successfully delivered to my apartment from this distribution center. The drivers consistency lie about access to the building and don’t even attempt to deliver. I’ve propped doors open and called multiple times for reattempts and have never gotten a solution.I’ve even talked to their managers and they didn’t have any solutions. It’s been a year and half, and still no solutions.UPS, USPS, Amazon and even DHL have never had an accessibility issue. I just assume FedEx simply does not care about its customers.

Called number that is provided. Is a useless number! All it does is take you to corporate and not the shipping center branch. I am trying to get my fiances engagement ring and was eligible to electronically sign my signature to have it dropped off at my place without me being there. Did this more than a day early and they took off with it after showing up at my house when I wasnt there.I get the door tag and scan it, it tells me that Im eligible to pick it up at the Garland Shipping Center, like I have several times for other packages that I needed right then (ex. cell phone). Call the number provided on here and get taken to corporate. Tell them what happened and why wasnt the package dropped off even though they had my signature to do so. She tells me theyre sorry and theyll drop it off tomorrow. So they cant have the guy drive back over to my place for a mistake THEY made???Then I tell her that I can just pick it up there like I have for other packages and the app is telling me that I am eligible to do so. Then she proceeds to tell me that I am not eligible to do so and the shipper does not allow it??? Why??? No other shipper for expensive items like this ring have required me to WAIT for it till the next day. Absolutely ridiculous that Im being told two different things.

This people dont deserve any stars. My shipment supposed to get here on August 18th and still nothing. Ive called several times at the FedEx facility in Garland and they keep giving me the round and rounds saying I would get my package TODAY on August 19th and still nothing because is still on delivery & When I called Today more then once & She told me My package will be here Tomorrow Friday August 20th from 10 am in the morning till 3pm We will see if that happens.🙄 Im very disappointed. I paid for two-day shipping but ended up not getting my package delivered on the agreed upon day as FedEx claimed “weather delays”. Only problem is......there was NO weather issues. I am beyond displeased and will never use FedEx again. Their delivery service is terrible and the customer service is even worse!!! Take your money elsewhere, you shouldn’t have to pay for incompetency.

My package i ordered was supposed to be here today 7/07/2021 and i paid extra for over night shipping and the order was placed july 4th and they are now telling me i wont get it till possible tomorrow because they dispatched the delivery driver early for some reason. I paid for a service and Im given a date and time for a delivery and now an excuse. I am very dissatisfied with this facility.

Not enough staff! Service here stinks and so does there phone customer service.They take for ever. I had to come twice when supossiably there was an attempted to be delivered on a overnight next day delivery, which I waited for the package and one ever came, I call customer service and said my package was here on request for hold which I did not request and when I came to pick it up package was not even here!!! I left and they did the same thing the following day! WORST! FEDEX needs more front staffing here at the front they have 4 computers and one person that comes and goes.

Only been here once. Lobby was pretty clean and decently stocked with shipping labels and supplies. The night I went, there was only one employee on staff and the place was packed 20 minutes to close on a Thursday night, no upcoming hoidays. Staff was professional enough and fast. She wasnt rude, just focused which was appreciated.

Ive been waiting and waiting on my packages, I finally installed the app to locate my packages and Ive seen where they claim no one was home, someone has been here everyday!! Although you have to enter a gate to enter my complex, my number is on file for the driver to call me so I can let them in.. I was a FedEx driver so I definitely know how this works, but I honestly feel as if the driver is lying about delivering my packages!!! I know that they dont have a company phone, but they have their personal cell phones!!! Im very very upset about this!!

Shipped a package from North Chicago 2day air shipping to be delivered today 13Feb2021. All day it’s says it’s been on the truck out for delivery and now at 7:27pm I get a text saying it won’t be delivered til Monday 15Feb2021 by 430pm. However I paid the extra money for it to be delivered today. I know it’s this location that is incompetent to complete a task. I want the money back that I paid to have it delivered today!

This place is awful. The lady at the front desk cant be bothered to help you during her PERSONAL phone conversation. If you are lucky enough to get help they will find an excuse not to ship your package. I may look into carrier pigeons instead. At least they dont have cell phones to distract them.

I went in with track number only to pick up the package. The front desk lady asked for a document to prove that I am related to the company, fortunately I have some document to show her from my cell phone and she saw my name connected to the company document and let me sign the package. She is friendly and serves the customer with flexibility and convenience. I like this store.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Its not just this Fedex location. Its the automated system as well. I had an express package scheduled for 5-8pm today. Online, it indicates than an attempt was made at 8:04 this morning. I was here all morning. No attempt was made and there is no doortag. I tried to call the Fedex office. The automated system says that the package is en route to the office that serves this area and that it will be delivered today. Its 8:45, and it was supposed to be here by 8:00. I FINALLY got the system to route me to a representative. I waited on hold and then around 8:30 it asked me to complete a survey and give feedback about the representative that helped me. No one ever came on the call to help me! This location is open until...you guessed it...8:30 pm! They didnt take the call, but just hung it up like that had taken it. Absolutely NO service, ridiculous automated system, and even didnt meet the delivery promise. I expect more!!!

While the lady at the desk was very nice,helpful and apologized for the delivery drivers mistake, I wasnt happy at learning the package wasnt at the Garland location(on Hermann Rd) because the driver failed to notate on the sticky note the location he dropped off my package...which was only a half mile from my home at a Walgreens. I drove 40 minutes out the way in heavy morning traffic for nothing. 👎

As pleasant as the gentleman was when he gave me my envelope, the fact that I had to drive 50+ minutes to Garland and 45 minutes to get back home was disgruntling. Had they delivered any time on Saturday as instructed, I was home the entire day. The driver evidently arrived five minutes after I left for work so a notice was on my door all day telling bad guys that no one was home! I was furious when I saw they had come early. I had to pick it up Friday night fighting traffic both ways...not to mention wasted time and gas! That was my second bad experience that day with Fed Ex. I am NOT a fan.

I bought something online and it was supposed to be delivered days ago but the tracking page says they tried to deliver but no one was at home. I love FedEx ship Center I love FedEx office I just love FedEx ups and there competition socks I like the USPS because of the kiosk and you can do a lot of work just about anybody.. say yeah I would highly recommend FedEx over UPS or DHL or anybody like that didnt even have the same kind of concept so The UPS store suck compared to the FedEx office store

I sat at home for two days to wait for FedEx to deliver a package to me. It failed to deliver it not once BUT TWICE. I paid nearly $100 to have this shipped overnight for nothing. Then, when I try to call customer service for help, I get people who tell me they cant know when the delivery will be made. This is technologically so archaic. I am so disappointed with the service.

I had much, much better customer with UPS. Dont follow mesages on door. Ups, will call you if the person left instructions on the door. UPS will deliver your box within 30 minutes if you miss the deliver in UPS office. This FEDEX office try rush you out of office without your package, BECAUSE they want go home. Poor customer service call was transferred multiple times. I was suppose to be expecting a package 2 days ago and FedEx claims they are behind and its not their problem. I use fedex for almost all my printing. The print and go feature is so convenient it makes buying one of these big machines almost unneeded. Granted we only use it a few times a month and are trying to be as paperless as possible. Great service, great company

I want to talk to an actual person not an automated system. I have been at my house all morning in my dining room with clear view of the driveway waiting for a package. refreshed the tracking page and it shows that they attempted to deliver the package and no one was home. I never saw a truck, never heard the doorbell or a knock at the door, and when I checked to see if they left a we missed you slip by the door, there was no such slip. When I called the destination facility to figure out what happened and to let them know that no delivery attempt was actually made, all I got was an automated system that didnt let me talk to someone. I had to hold it at a location for pickup because I cant wait till tomorrow to get it. This is why I prefer UPS

FedEx is a terrible company. I recently spent 5 days trying to locate a package that FedEx was sending me tracking and delivery info on. I was expecting a package from a family member who told me a few days before that she had shipped me something. So, when I got the delivery alert and the package wasnt here, I got worried, called up FedEx and was told that the driver delivered it to the wrong address. Next day when it wasnt delivered I called and was told that I had called the day previous and requested it be held at one of their stores. I went to that store and was told someone had picked up the package. My attempts to find out what happened to this package were met with insinuations that I was lying because their customer service reps did not notate their discussions with me. I begged and pleaded them to have a manager pull the calls (I was told they record all calls) and listen to them to confirm what I was told, they never did. Anyway, today I was shocked to receive the package delivered via UPS, which means FedEx sent me info for a package that wasnt mine, and left a delivery attempt ticket on my door for a package that wasnt mine. FedEx made a mistake, which doesnt bother me. Its the insinuations that I was lying about the delivery and about what their own agents told me. They made no attempt to assist me, and they were not interested in the truth, as evidenced by them never pulling those calls. If FedEx and I were stranded in the desert with only a cup of water and no water within 100 miles in all directions, and FedEx offered to deliver me to a lake of water if I only gave it my little cup of water to fuel it, I would pour the water onto the sand. Dont use FedEx.

They do not print labels so said I would have to pay, ok but then she changed it saying that I have pay for express shipping as they do not handle ground shipments. Why would someone pay for express shipping when they already have a label that only needs to be printed? I’m ok with paying for a sticker back label but don’t tell me to pay for an upgraded service to get assistance.
