I emailed several different businesses to get quotes and Atlas Auto Glass responded the quickest and they were able to schedule my windshield replacement days before the competition. Very professional, prompt with emails, texts and phone calls. I will use them again if I need to!

Very impressed with the mobile service. Excellent customer service from my initial call to schedule the repair to being contacted by the tech within the timeframe given. I went immediately to the most recognizable windshield repair company and they were $100 more AND another $40 to come on site. My wife found Atlas and made the appointment to come to us. Neither of us need to be sitting in a waiting room so I felt much better about their coming to us. And the service was perfect. On time, on price, professional and friendly. Hail damage cracked my windshield and I needed a new one. Originally went with another company that wanted to charge me over $460 and didnt have availability for a month where I also had to travel over 30 miles to drop my car off. I decided to look for another company for quotes and Atlas Auto Glass was very responsive. Not only did they have available appointments in the next several days, they also came out to me and was half the price of the first company. They arrived on time, were very professional and fast! I will use them again if I have anymore windshield problems and highly recommend them!

My truck was broken into and Nika was able to come out the same day to fix both of my broken windows. She made everything much less stressful than I had anticipated and was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. Atlas came and saved my family when no one else could. Im from out of town and I got severe hail damage on my car, the whole car got damaged including the windshield. I called every glass shop near me and they all said I had to wait a week . I just wanted my windshield fixed because my family just wanted to go home . Atlas came out of their way . They drove for an hour to come to the motel were I was at and they fixed my windshield with no problem . The windshield replacement price was great and I recommend Atlas to everyone.

They were friendly and professional I had a windshield they put in about a month ago that cracked down the center for no apparent reason I contacted them to fix the problem the eventually contacted me back and They will be replacing the glass on Tuesday. They called me at the end of the day here and told me they took the weekend off. Kind of wish they had put something in stone as to them being off for the weekend so it was kind of an unexpected hiccup otherwise they seem to want to take care of their customers. Would definitely recommend..

Same day service very nice young man arrived on time and did a great job. The technician told me insurance would pay all but 15.00. I agreed to pay the 15.00 and he finished and left. Probably an hour later he returned and told us insurance paid all of it and tried to return our money. The technician could have kept the money and I would have never known. A big thank you to an honest technician and company.

Thank you Atlas Auto Glass for saving the day. I called at about 3:30pm after shattering my back window on my Jeep. Nika answered my call and was very polite. After answering all my questions, I said so when can you come? (Yes, they come to you! They are Mobile.)She said we can be there in a couple hours, we will arrive between 5-7pm. She texted me a picture of the glass to be installed and answered additional questions I had. They arrived about 6:30pm and went right to work. I called these guys on a Sunday and explained my issue with my vans power windows. They had a tech out Monday to make the repairs they kept me fully informed on every step that needed to be done. Repair made was done professionally and the technicians and people on the phones were very friendly.

I had gotten a rock chip that spread within the hour on the day before Christmas Eve. I found Atlas Auto Glass online and they got back to me within the hour and told me they would come change out my windshield on Christmas Eve morning. My car was broken into a couple weeks ago and Nika came out and took care of it so fast. About a week after, my door would not open from the inside anymore, so she and her technician came out to take another look. It turned out to be the actuator sticking, so she suggested I get the part from the junkyard and have them fix it. A few minutes later, she called me saying she fixed my door and it no longer stuck when trying to open. They did a fantastic job, were very fast and professional, and she didn’t charge me for coming back out and fixing my door. I HIGHLY recommend this place, you won’t have a bad experience. :)

This company was amazing. My jeep way vandalized and they were there within a few hours. I shopped around. They had the best price. Zika the owner was on hand and was amazing. She cleaned up all the excess glass in the jeep. They left it like new. It also rained that night. They offerd to adjust it and re dueif it messed up because of the rain. They did an AMAZING job. Not only was Nika super friendly when setting up my appointment, she even joined alongside the technicians and greeted me! My car window front passenger seat was completely shattered due to an attempted robbery in downtown Austin early evening of November 29th. I called Atlas auto glass and other car windows services but Atlas responded faster than everybody else assuring me that it can be done the next day. I woke up around 7am November 30th a bit worry as we need to checked out with family and friends at 11am to drive back to Dallas. Still shock with that horrific experience we’ve dealt with my wife and my 3 yr old daughter, I then receive a text message from Nika around 7:10am. I’ve given her my car info and location and in under 10mins already got my quotation with unbeatable price and confirmed availability of my window replacement.Nika with her technician arrived around 9am and receive a warm greeting and felt sorry about what happened. Highly recommend using Atlas!Our rear windshield was targeted by a rogue golf ball on a Sunday evening and we began frantically searching for quotes to replace it.The soonest Safelight could come out was on the following Tuesday and the price would have been over $450. Nika with Atlas contacted my within 30 minutes of my request and said they could come out the next day. It was also over $150 less than Safelight would have been!Communication was fast, efficient, and honest. So thankful for their service!
