July 17th I was traveling from NC to Mass when my passenger side rear brakes locked up in front of Napa. The three gentlemen working this location were absolutely AMAZING!! They were able to answer questions, sell me the parr’s I needed and even loaned me some tools to help me do a brake job in the parking lot. The personalities, professionalism and just pure kindness of these three gentlemen were second to none. Thank you for making our brake down as pleasurable as possible. Needed a few parts for my f-150 they had everything I needed in stock and the older gentleman was very nice who helped me.

They have the parts you need with friendly, knowledgeable associates to answer any questions.

Needed to borrow a 10mm socket and rachet to replace a burnt out side marker light on my vehicle. After a horrible experience with Advance Auto, right down the street, who refused to help me, I gave Napa a try. I spoke with Jessica on the phone, at Napa, who eagerly assisted me with the tool. She provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond her duties. I was able to replace the bulb, thanks to Jessica and was able to fix the issue and get back on the road safely. We need more people like Jessica and the customer service she provided; especially in trying times like these. Thanks again Jessica and Napa, you have my business.

We were traveling thru the area when our alternator quit. They had one in stock and were very helpful in finding a local garage that could put the new one in for us. They kindly allowed us to use the restroom. Thank you for your professionallism and kindness.
