Literally feels like a kid in a candy store. This place has all your salon needs. Highly recommended will definitely be coming back. The lady at the counter was extremely friendly and extremely helpful.

I purchased a dryer here, and specifically asked what the return policy is. The girl working told me 90 days, and then after that I would have to contact the manufacturer. My receipt also says nothing about any sort of exclusions, just that there is a restocking fee, and store credit only. After a couple of weeks of trying to make the dryer work, I decided it was best to return it, since it was not getting hot enough. When I popped in to return it, the girl working told me that they do not take returns on tools. I talked to the manager today, and she reiterated this, and said nothing could be done. I have shopped with Armstrong McCall for the last ten years, and had nothing but great experiences up until this point. I think this location may just be a bad egg. I would understand if I hadn’t explicitly asked, but I had, and they would not honor their employee’s word. Really bummed, because I was initially so excited that Georgetown finally got a pro location.

The employees are helpful and accommodating. They carry my favorite professional brands.

Friendly staff but no product

Was rubbing late on a Saturday and they stayed a few minutes late for me to get there and pick up what I needed.

Knowledgeable staff, good selection of products without it being overbearing. Great location, happy they are here.

Very friendly service, clean store and if they dont have it they will locate it or give you more details. They called me, and I was impressed with attention to detail.
