This place has some of the worst customer service i have ever seen! I booked an appointment to get my COVID shot 3 days prior only to be directly insulted and questioned upon my arrival. For the record, i am a contractor, i live with someone who is immunocompromised and i received my 2nd dose almost 7 months ago. The pharmacist who i didnt get to know her name because she constantly covered up her name tag, refused to give me the shot i had an appointment for because she couldnt understand that i got my shots in the early spring. To add insult to injury an older gentleman came in after me, got the same shot i went i for and left 15 minutes prior to me demanding my card back and storming out the door. I think i will take her advice and Just Go To CVS, because i am no longer going to do business with Rite Aid.
Girlfriend went for covid test took test which took 15 minutes just to hand her the test after she gave them her name. After waiting 5 days and getting no results she contacted project baseline and got a reply that she had missed the test. When she called the pharmacy their reply was we dont have contact information for testing. Didnt even attempt to confirm they had sent the test out for evaluation. Shes now forced too seek a new testing location and probably face days away appointment opportunity. RIDICULOUS.
Had to wait 45 mins in car for them to fill prescription for pain meds after abdominal surgery. A prescription that was called in hours before I tried to pick it up. I dont recall them ever having a prescription ready, no matter how long you wait to pick it up.They are the worst. Greenhill in Milford will hand deliver prescriptions for you.
Lost my prescription multiple times with 2 different doctors.
Ok, however they will change your prescription to whatever they want. So, you need to check what you get before you walk away!
