Not really my kind of store but I went in with my wife so she could search for some makeup and a designer fragrance. Truth be told, I like a good cologne every now and then. This store has them all. Nancy was very helpful when we walked in and told her we really didnt know what we were looking for. Immediately she showed us the sampler collection. What a deal! You buy a boxed collection of sample vials that includes 12 fragrances for women or 9 for men. Each boxed set was $68. These are some of the most popular fragrances on the market from different manufacturers. Inside the box are the sample vials along with a certificate for one full size bottle. After you decide which fragrance you really, really love you take the certificate back to Sephora and redeem it for a full size bottle. And you get to keep the other sample vials! Great marketing idea. There is no expiration on redemption of the certificate so you can take your sweet time in sampling the goods. But the certificate is good only at Sephora. Take a look at this deal because she said they sell out fast, especially around the holidays.

Sephora in Georgetown is the best! Omg staff is so friendly and welcoming. I wanted to do an exchange for a lighter foundation. The foundation I bought from the Sephora at Barton creek was too dark. So Maria assisted me. She sanitized everything and gave wonderful recommendations on the perfect match foundation for my skin complexion. Maria also gave her expert advice on blush and concealer. Maria made me feel comfortable talking to her. When checking out Sofia at the counter was awesome. She even helped me when I came in and checked out. Truly the staff there at Sephora gave outstanding services. I wasn’t rushed, and I felt at home! This will now be officially my place to shop for cosmetics. Thank you beautiful women for sharing the love 💕 💄💋🥰

I have lived in different states. But Ive never been to a Sephora with such good attentive customer service. Particularly this rep named Liz. She was so attentive to what I was looking for and she was so patient with my 4-year-old daughter. The store is clean and neat and well stocked. Definitely making the trip again to this store.

Rude on the phone when inquiring on the status of my store pickup item. They can do better. Will update if my experience improves next visit.Update: Much friendlier when we arrived face to face.

This Sephora has always had the nicest and most helpful staff. I’m knocking off a star because at a recent visit I was first told I could swatch a couple of foundation colors on my sanitized hand since there was nobody to help me during a shift change, then told off by a different employee for doing so. The scolding was done in quite a rude way and was very loud, which made me feel truly uncomfortable and I almost left without making my purchase. There is no signage prohibiting touching the samples so I was very surprised to get mixed messages from the usually very professional staff. My day was ruined by the encounter and I will likely not return to this location.

Sept. 1, 1999.I went there to shop for makeup. I didn’t go there to have a medical examination performed. They were advising of their criminal act and violation of well established law. They willingly and knowingly insisted that they must prescribe me with a medical treatment to wear a mask. None of y’all is a licensed medical doctor or know my medical history.Stop telling people what they need to do for Covid if youre not licensed!!! Its not your business!!! Wear your mask if you choose too!!! But dont give advice to others!!!Practicing medicine without a license is a criminal felony with several years in prison and thousands of dollars in fines. Please note that you dont need to actually cause any harm but the fact that you play a doctor on someone else is a crime itself.

On Black Friday I really appreciated the covid-19 precautions that this store took. The team working that day was very helpful, efficient, professional and fun! As long as I am in the area, from now on, this will be the only place I go for my makeup.

This store takes amazing Covid precautions. The whole team is nice. I’ve come in and Jinra has helped me many times as has Bri and Michelle. Stephanie always gives me something new to try (suggesting a better highlighter on my skin type and thinks outside the box.) Maria has great expertise and experience on the skincare. Giselle shows me all the new goodies coming out. Kandice seems to just know EVERYTHING about different brands and ingredients, as well as many application techniques. There’s sometimes new faces, but they’re always nice and know their stuff. Visit them and no other Sephora, because once you go here, you won’t go back.

So, I always have a good experience at Sephora. This isnt my usual location but I was still treated very well. I wont give my money to Ulta, even if I found out something was cheaper. Just bought forever Dior foundation. It was expired and made my face break out horribly. I spoke with corporate and from the huge amount of damage that was done to my skin, theyre only compensating me $10.95 which is only adds insult to injury. You cant repair damaged skin for $10.95, especially at sephora. Needless to say, ill be returning all the products Ive purchased in the last 30 days and I will not be shopping with your company again. Maybe ulta treats people who spend $300 a month better. What a damn shame.

Unprofessional management and customer service. The store is rundown and dirty. The shelves are empty. Whereas the Domain location is fully stocked, so the season is not the issue. Georgetown Sephora is just an all around terrible experience. Terrible. Employee was highly offensive and behaved radically over her Covid extremist opinions. She gossiped publicly about me over the intercom as I walked away. I went to the manager to report the employee and the manager condescendingly nodded her head and smiled. She did and said nothing to make it right. Even suggested she would ask me to leave when I suggested her employee be more professional and “mask” her public performance in regard to a customers. I wondered why this location has been looking more and more like an outlet and the employees I used to loved to visit with were no longer at this location. Now I know. Management is a joke.

So overwhelming! For someone who is not all over the makeup thing and just wanted something simple the staff really helped me understand that moisture is #1 key to flawless skin . Starting at the roots is step 1. Got some samples to try out(absolutely loved getting samples) then I can make the best decision.

I absolutely loved my visit at this location. It’s really far north from me, but I didn’t want to go to the domain so made a trip there and I hate coming in right before closing to places but I was of course that person when I visited. The staff were so sweet and helped me with everything I needed though. Thank you guys! Definitely the best location in Austin. ☺️

So I went to treat myself with some skin care and makeup this past weekend. I am a mom of four children and currently expecting. I knew nothing about skin care and makeup before going to Sephora, but I was certain I wanted to make a start on my beauty. As soon as I arrive from the beginning to the end the staff was very friendly and helpful with a smile at all times. They explained everything very detailed on how they are sanitizing everything and the procedures on shopping in store, during these Covid 19 times.I do want to make a special shout out to the Store Manager ALIN she knew very well who to direct me to, and very friendly.Also to the Skin Care specialist MARIA, shes such a sweetheart and explained very detailed on which skin care was the perfect one for my skin (giving me the correct one and making sure I didnt take anything that is not safe for me during my pregnancy). What I loved more about her was that when I was ready for checkout she went to me to make sure I wasnt taking anything not safe for me during my pregnancy, that really showed how much she loves her job and cares for her customers.Last but certainly not least, a shout out to MICHELLE she did an extraordinary job on helping me choose the correct foundation, eyeshadow palette, face and eye primer, eyebrow pencil, eyeliner, lashes and lashes glue, brushes, beauty blender, bronzer, and concealer. I strongly recommend you guys to go check out this place and its staff. Super clean and well organized.

Very clean and brilliant facility, Very high prices, and courteous staff.Every time I walk in here I cant help but notice its efficiency in such a fickle short-sale market. Every part of the sensory experience has to be in line to walk out with a product from this place. To get to the point of purchase, each product has to look and feel like its perfect for you. Part of it is the price but the other key requirement is how reassured you are that the products are tailored just for you. This place should be packed with the insecure decisiveness of customers yet it defies the latter by a large margin. Well done.Room for improvement: The mens section shouldnt be cornered off in some dark crevice. Yeah, sure, dont give it prime store space but dont put it in the broom closet. Let the usual boyfriends, husbands, close friends, roommates, study buddies, and all other male customers have a piece of the store they can be pleased to look at when they walk in.

So I was in town for a Gala, and forgot my make up, I decided to have my make up professionally done and trust me I was in for a shocker!!!! The foundation was SPOT on with my skin tone... (which RARELY happens) and my makeup seemed as if it was freshly done throughout the night ( I did absolutely nontouch ups) when the evening was over and I had to take my make up off (which I didnt want to do) after using my make remover and face wash... my face had a slick soft feeling, that feeling you get when you have freshly waxed legs with your favorite lotion/body butter on... SARAH was AMAZING and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE with both make up and skin care.... VERY impressed words cant describe how elated I am from this experience.

This is the best Sephora location ever! Cast members are so helpful and kind to everyone. That has not been the typical experience at other locations.

Sephora is the only place I know to purchase Moroccan oil. The store in Georgetown, Texas had Moroccan oil in stock and in the travel size my wife wanted.

I have no idea what Im doing here, but my teenage daughter loves their stuff and everyone there is super friendly and not judgey of my scruffy man-self.

Ill admit I was a little sticker-shocked at check out, but every product is an investment in myself. This Sephora I felt comfortable in. The employees are friendly and attentive. I didnt feel out of place. I tend to at some other Sephora locations.

Jinra was awesome!! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for! Since I normally dont wear makeup, she helped me match the items I purchased to my skin and even showed me how to put them on. Ill definitely be shopping there again. Management is also great!

The location moved. Its still in the same shopping center. The lady was super helpful. I was in and out in a flash.

The staff here is always so friendly, but not too pushy. They have great recommendations and are generous with samples! If want to try a specific facial cream they can make a sample for you.

I love your products, Sephora got the skincare or lipcare from Japan and Korean so that I can see it and test it on me ( I m not really like buy online about skincare or something else like that (except clothing,...) because maybe its not work on me or its too moisture to me,...) As soon as you walk in they greet you and get you somebody that can help you out! They did help me find some of the things i was trying to learn how to use and showed me how to use them as well.

Always a fan of Sephora customer service but this location has definitely assisted me above and beyond as I searched for all new products after mine were discontinued. Chessa (I think was her name) was the best! Will definitely be a regular customer to this location!

I love getting my foundation there. Its the only thing I WILL spend a good amount of money on (makeup wise). I usually get really​ good Service for color matching but this morning... I got horrible service. First of all, why ask me if I need help and have me explain my whole dilemma if youre not going to be the one to help me?? I use Makeup Forever Y245 and ive tanned from the sun so I may need a darker shade. Apparently that info was hard to remember. Cuz it was being recited​ back to me as I needed a lighter shade (grr!) I wasnt getting a a good match so I said it was perfectly fine if we tried a new brand... Just as long as it matched and felt good on my skin. By the time i finally got sent help from another person cuz the first couldnt continue apparently, she looks shocked that I was open to a new brand... 🤔. She didnt match me at the kiosk or even take that pic that helps match tones, but she just did it by look. Anyways, she grabbed the bottle right off that she assumed matched and I insisted on a sample before I shelled out $50. Im glad I did, cuz when I tried it on when I got to my car, it was paler than my Y245. So anyways... Bad lazy vibes in that store today. I looked like a ghost running my errands today. Real lovely.
